Lovely "Villas" for Space and Relaxing

Nice location, but if you are looking for on-site restaurants and full resort amenities, you will want to pick another location. I enjoyed this location since it was a base, not an experience for me. Having a full kitchen, living room, dining room, lovely bathroom, and space to sit outside were the things I was looking for. I was in town to visit friends and enjoy quiet evenings. The noise from the other unit that shared the entry was a bit loud, but they were gracious when I asked them to be quieter. The room was a nice escape, but the entire property is more like a standard hotel. A am not a timeshare member and do not plan to go that route--it was nice to have the room as a "renter."

Great place with great customer service

A week before we were to check in, we spoke with the manager to inform him that we were arriving in Florida early from California and had my elderly mother, and we wanted to see how we could check in early on the day we would arrive. He was so accommodating to us and met our needs. Once we got to the resort, the staff was welcoming and checked us into our room, and we were on our way. The room was clean, and whenever we needed something, we could text them without any issues. The staff all around was excellent and helped us while we were there. They have great recommendations, from food to scooter rentals (that are so much cheaper than Disney World). The scooter rental company recommended to us also delivers and picks up. The pictures on the internet do not show the true beauty of this resort.

The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and spotless. While the furniture is a bit outdated, it provides a comfortable and pleasant stay. I want to especially highlight the efficiency of the staff, particularly Vanesa, who professionally resolved an issue with our reservation. We are very grateful for her excellent service and kindness. Overall, a very positive experience

Quiet and very beautiful. Upgrade from others we have been in. Beautiul room w mahogany kitchen cabinets and walls, fireplace, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, double porches. Upgraded appliances and very Wonderful staff. Fun mini golf. Perfect spot if you are going to disney

The entry way into the room reeked of cigarette smoke, and our room smelled even worse.

Cigarette smell ruins a stay. Although the resort looked like a ghost town, the employee did not put out much effort to find us a new room. He offered to get maintenance to cover the smell. Also, we didn’t arrive until close at 9 pm, and the front desk called asking when we would arrive. When I called the front 30 minutes later to ask to look for another room again as the smell is simply unbearable, no one answered. Will not be back.
