A nice, standard hotel at a good location in East Antalya. During my stay the employees were friendly and helpfull and started soon recognizing me. The room was exactly what can be expected, clean enough, spant and with a nice balcony. I had several diners and those were good as well. So, I would stay there again. Some minors: English can be improved, planes landing so flying low (did not bother me, but what in peak season?) and I think, despite being prohibited, guests do smoke in rooms.

The experience of Holiday Inn was excellent. The staff is very cooperative, friendly and ready to serve you. Rooms are good, rent charges are quite reasonable. Breakfast was amazing. Shuttle service for private beach available Located at a very peaceful nearby beach Food restaurants are also nearby Recommended for tourists and visitors

The hotel was a comfortable stay. Food was very good including the lunch menu. We had full board .We had a very helpful relations advisor Azza who was totally attentive and helpful. Thanks to her we got to see Antalya well! Overall good hotel.

The room is too small The bathroom will become full of water after a bath Broken door of the bathroom and broken dust-pen The AC is not working well in hot weather The reception area Is too small The elevator is too hot and stuck the restaurant is in the middle area between reception and elevator so you don’t enjoy your meals while everyone uses this area to move in and out This hotel is below average standards defiantly not a five star three stars is high for it The woman in the reception was really rude and in polite at all when I called her to cancel my reservation I will not be there again

Hotel was 5 * but really 3. I had a bad stomach from day 3 didn’t end till I came home as u can imagine that was not good , the hotel staff were mainly friendly but some were extremely rude I am a Turkish Cypriot so I understand and talk their language very very well I confounded a couple that were gossiping about a couple who were really trying to learn a few word of Turkish and the staff members were telling them swear words and if used would have resulted in a fight if used to locals ! I got involved at that point ! But after complaining to front desk nothing was done they laughed it off ! I hav traveled a lot over yrs to turkey but never again ! The quality of staff and some locals was disappointing,no wonder the town way empty !
