Best Hotel in Santiago

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff - best in Santiago. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it never disappoints. The rooms are well appointed and the restaurants on-site offer delicious food at reasonable prices. My favorite aspect of this hotel is definitely the rooftop pool and bar. The staff here are incredibly welcoming, professional and helpful. Any questions I had were easily answered and I felt very taken care of. Added bonus - they continue to renovate this hotel and improve the offerings - truly excellent! I highly recommend this hotel for business, couples, solo travel or family!

Wonderful 2-night stay at this superb property, impeccably managed by Lourdes de la Rosa and her expert staff. Lots of attention to details, great breakfast buffet, and lovely room. Outstanding and spacious outdoor pool and deck with food/bar service from friendly Margaret, Massiel, and El Chamo.

I stayed in the hotel last week and still got impressed, was a very nice welcome, also to see moderns areas, such a good changues for the customer well being. Love to see the stand for reading books and also I can bring them to the room, making my staying more pleasure . Also, the business room is more modern and confortable . Loved that always that the hotel is changing, to be better . Thanks to Nancy Sanchez, Pascual Ulloa,Pedro the Breakfast chef and Pedro & Leo at the restaurant in the first floor .

Great Location , Super Nice Hotel

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay her in el Hodelpa Gran Almirante. The check was very fast and smooth. Rafael at the front desk was fantastic and we give him a 100% customer service grade. He was very polite and explained everything we needed to know about the hotel. The room was very nice. We were on the 2nd floor. Which it was great because that where was the pool located. So it was very easy access. The pool area was very nice and the jacuzzi were great. The bar on the pool deck was excellent. That is where we met Margort the Bartender. She was amazing and fixed the best drinks. She was super nice and treated everyone with a nice smile. I wish the management can give her an employee of the month because she well deserves it. The breakfast was included and it was great. The food was well cooked and it tasted delicious. All the staff in there were fantastic and they all treated us with respect and with big smiles. What an amazing staff this hotel has. The parking her was very big and safe. The parking spot could be a little larger. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Especially when I found out that they have a airport shuttle service. See you soon Hodelpa !!
