The food here is great but the service is even better! Zoi and the team were so friendly and attentive. Our favourites were the orzo with braised beef and baked sea bass with potatoes for lunch. Thank you again Zoin and team for such a memorable experiance.

We came to this hotel on our first family holiday with our 4 month old. The main thing to praise about this hotel is the staff, they are all incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. One particular staff member who made a fuss of the baby every morning and always stopped to chat and make sure we had everything we needed was Mary the breakfast supervisor. We had an issue with our room as it was next to the stairs and elevator so we were getting quite a bit of noise from people coming and going and we asked reception if we could switch and they were able to make this happen despite the room type we had booked being fully booked, so I was really impressed with this. Alex the front desk manager was brilliant. The pool and spa are really nice, plenty of sun loungers and not a mad rush in the mornings to reserve a spot like some hotels. The slight downside for us was the food wasn’t brilliant. It was definitely edible and most of the time we found things we were happy to eat, but compared to other all inclusive we’ve done of a similar pricepoint this was a lower quality. The hotel is huge with 1500+ guests at one time so it’s just a case of mass producing the food, so wouldn’t really expect fine dining. Overall though, a pleasant stay, friendly staff and nice facilities.

We had a pleasant stay overall, and the highlight was definitely the staff. Mary (breakfast supervisor) in particular stood out — she was brilliant, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a memorable experience. She often came over to ask how we were, and even checked in on how our baby was doing, which was such a thoughtful touch. That kind of personal attention really made us feel welcome. That said, a few areas left room for improvement. The food was fine, but I was expecting a bit more variety and stronger flavours — it could have been more eclectic. The rooms were comfortable enough, but the finishing touches felt a little basic, and we noticed sound travelling easily from the hallways and communal areas, which affected the overall experience. With some updates to the rooms and a more exciting approach to food, this hotel could easily score higher. The staff, though, and especially Mary, are a real credit to the place.

We had such a lovely stay at Helea. The hotel itself was beautiful, relaxing, and very family-friendly. A big highlight for us was the amazing service — especially from Jenny, our waitress. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. Our son adored her, and she really made our holiday extra special. We’d definitely recommend Helea Lifestyle and would love to come back!
