Haydarpasha Palace- absolutely fantastic place! First of all the hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Our is a two floor one, also with a two bathroom. Food is available all day long, with an absolutely great selection of Turkish food, drinks are good too. The kids club is fab- my oldest daughter really loves it. Tunco is amazing, very lively and well organised! My child really enjoyed every day with all the kids club team. Also night time entertainment is super! Mini disco run by the same people is great, kids are having lots of fun :) Irina,liya,Anna,Masha,nur are also absolutely amazing! My children loved to spend time with them ;) All available pools are very tiny and clean. The weather was spectacular! I can't complain about anything at all! Highly recommend!

Currently staying here and the hotel is beautiful very clean, Food is ok always something there you can eat just very cold it’s the only thing that lets it down. I do wish they would make you a fresh omelette on a morning rather than a buffet style. Kids club is fantastic especially tunco he works so hard always so happy and all the kids clubs helpers. They go above an beyond to make the kids happy. Irina liya anna masha thank you The only thing I would say is the life guard especially the one that does the kids pool he is always more interested in chatting women up or on his phone. And I really do think they need more than one life guard working on the kids pools. I have also been disappointed in the fact my 14 year as to sit and watch my 6 year old at the kids pool as he is to old to go in I find this really unfair.

Amazing place, just a couple minor things, is dont think enough life guards around children pool, should let older children in pool with brothers and sisters, as it splits families up, maybe be do controlled times for different ages. Kids club and entertainment for children is amazing, lot of effort, time and patience especially Tunco he gotta be the best and friendliest, works really hard and he makes your day just by saying hello, one great guy, keep up your amazing work...ecmverything else amazing, Hotel, views, cleanliness, food would highly recommend, would return....

We recently had a family photoshoot with Tommy, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the very start, he made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, which is not always easy when there’s a camera involved! Tommy has such a calm and friendly approach — it felt more like spending time with a friend than posing for photos. And that really shows in the pictures — they feel natural, warm, and full of life. He has a great eye for detail, knows exactly how to catch the right moment, and uses light in such a beautiful way. On top of that, the photos were ready really quickly, and the quality was just amazing. If you’re looking for a photographer who’s not only talented but also makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable, I can’t recommend Tommy enough!
