We went in this hotel 21.10-01.11 as a family 2+1. This is really beautiful hotel and all looks very impressive. I could give five stars in my review but unfortunately I had to take off three of them. Two stars I took off because of smoking policy - smokers can smoke cigarettes everywhere - around the pools, in the dining areas or around children. Smokers can smoke and they do this. There should be areas where they can smoke. Disgusting for non smoking people. I’m sure for smokers this will be great place, but how about non smokers? Children? One star I had to take off because of the main pool - which is large and great for playing but water in is freezing. Nobody used it as too cold to swim or play in. I believe in a hotel like this the pool should be heated. I was so happy when I saw the pool is large as I like to swim. Not possible to. These two things made my holiday not as great as I expected. Please see below for more details. LOCATION Please note that the coach transfer from the airport takes about 2 hours. There isn’t not much to do around but you can take the bus and go to Alanya, it takes about 30 mins and the ticket costs £2/€2 per person. ROOMS Rooms are very spacious and looking lovely. Balcony could be better organised to dry wet clothes, towels etc. There is mini bar which is filled every day (water, beer, cola, Fanta, juice). Beds are comfortable, but pillows could be better quality as not comfortable at all. If you get the room at the pool side, please be aware it will be very laud until 11pm at least. So if you have small children and you know you will get to bed earlier, ask for other side room . CLEANLESS Hotel, rooms, all looks very clean and I believe cleaning ladies are working hard every day. But if you don’t wear any shoes in your room, your feet will be black as floor is so dirty. Beach/pool towels are available and you can change them as many times as you want, free of charge. Beach is very dirty, lots of cigarettes in the sand, all beds/tables dirty too. FOOD Food is quite good. Breakfast is a bit boring and not that much tasty. But lunch and dinner I would say is much better. Good choice and really tasty, but could be warmer as usually cold. Kids can be a bit disappointed as no chips, just sometimes. ENTERTAINMENT In my opinion entertainment at the day and evening is rubbish. Sometimes I felt like animation team do too much to make fun for themselves - like they push people into freezing pool. We were there for 11 nights and three evenings they did “party” - stage built next to the main pool and laud music like at Ibiza. Nothing for families with children to be honest. When we went to Egypt last year, every night was something different and always very interesting, for all ages. In this hotel I felt like kids are here by mistake. SUMMARY That was my worst experience I ever had if we talk about holiday. I expected to play in a pool with my son, but this wasn’t possible because water was too cold. Been told by “customer relation” lady that we can use indoor pool. If I want to use indoor pool, I can do it in England every day. Cigarettes smoke everywhere all the time was absolutely awful thing which cause me headache every day. Five stars hotel? Maybe for Turkish. After time in this hotel I changed my opinion about Turkey completely and this was my last visit in this country.

Beautiful but rude

The hotel is very beautiful even off season. Food at the buffet is good, no complaints. The hotel staff is often very rude without any reason. Some of them surprisingly so. They all seem stressed and scared of the management. There are exceptions though! Waitresses at the restaurant seem chill, and also Mustafa bartending is great with customers. Theres also a girl working in the lobby bar and she is always smiling and happy. We went to the spa to get massages, and no complaints. It was relaxing and great, definitely worth the money. Room cleaning isnt really happening, but it dont bother us because itse only 1 week. So i would give 4/5*

I want to point out Melisa who worked at the pattiserie at night. She was so friendly, sweet, smiling and welcoming. She took care of your needs right away, always smiling and happy. Even at the busiest times, she was always friendly and in a good mood. She kept the place clean and tidy at all times.

Wonderful holiday at this hotel

I want to thank for a wonderful holiday at this hotel. We went with our family, 9-year-old and 17-year-old children. Everyone really liked it. Very friendly person, wonderful animators. very fun evening programs. Especially liked the discos by the pool. Big and nice rooms. Very nice memories remained. the children were very sad when they had to go home ;) and now they are asking to go again next year ;). We'll see ;)

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations! Starting with the excellent service - everything here is top notch. The staff is incredibly polite and always ready to help in any situation. Every day we were greeted with a smile, and we felt a sincere desire to make our vacation perfect. I would like to pay special attention to the incredible photographer, who became a real highlight of our vacation. His ability to capture the most touching and vivid moments is simply amazing. The photo shoot was easy and relaxed thanks to his professionalism and sensitive approach. But what was especially impressive was the skill in photo editing! Each photo was like a living picture: bright colors, perfect composition and attention to detail. It is obvious that the photographer is a real master of Photoshop. Now we have amazing photos that will remind us of our vacation for many years. If you are planning a vacation at this hotel, I highly recommend using the services of this photographer - you will definitely not regret it!
