Nursery tour at Tres Rios!

Had a wonderful nursery tour with Alexis and Mimi! I have been on the tour before on my prior visits to Tres Rios and it’s always a fun excursion. Both Alexis and Mimi were kind and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend the whole resort experience here!

Rosa was GREAT! SERVICE, ADVICE, & VERY CARING! We talked about black wrist bands(upgrade) the very nice gym. The employee in your gym(I do not recall his name) Nevertheless, Sunset Royale was not as friendly in my case on a certain scenario. We are happy to be here & will continue to come here. We discussed when the remodeling will finish & how long can we stay per visit(1 month, 6 months)?

Don't miss the Cenote Aguila!

Mimi and Alexis are the best!!!!!!Kayak super recommended tour if you're at the hotel!! We did it twice! Best swim ever! Cenote Aguila is one of a time experience, crystal clear water, you can cool off the heat. Kayak is not very hard, it was my first time and I was able to manage very well.

Always a relaxing and enjoyable week. Staff was very attentive. Food/restaurants were excellent. New room furniture and decor is beautiful. Jungle kart and kayak tours were great for all of us, including the kids. Pools were not crowded. Beach was a great alternative/break.

My family loves coming here as often as we can. The staff is super friendly and helpful (and funny too!). Make sure to book experiences during your stay. We went kayaking and our guide Miriam was the best! She was helpful and kind. The food was always amazing, no matter which restaurant we visited! Luis was our favourite server, he is hilarious! We hope to come back soon!
