Stayed for one night before going to Sandals. The staff was Fabulous, the rooms were well appointed and clean with updated bathroom. Really great service at the restaurant and the hotel set up our transfers. Highly recommend staying here. I would most definitely return. The only issue I had was the pillows were really uncomfortable.

a very good small hotel

We stayed for two nights at either end of a holiday on Bequia. The rooms are of high quality and the hotel is very well appointed. The room service was excellent and the staff were all very good. The service in the restaurant had improved from last year when the waiting was too long even allowing for it being the Caribbean. The quality of the food was high. The view over the town and harbour if you had a sea view room was excellent and many of these rooms had balconies. The pool area was also good.

We stayed here for one night after arriving early evening from the UK ahead of our ferry crossing to Bequia the following morning. Staff were very welcoming and our room was spacious and perfectly adequate for a short stay but we found the bed extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were very thin and the mattress was lumpy and unsupportive. Breakfast the next morning was great and whilst the pool area appeared tired, it was pleasant to sit in the sun until it was time to leave for our ferry. Good location for Kingstown amenities and port.

I would stay here again

This hotel is in a good location - in town but away from the busier areas. The staff are all helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating of early arrivals/ late departures and helped us arrange a private day tour. The pool and spa were a welcome addition and we ate many of our meals there. Thanks for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Oh the cool towel and welcome rum punch were very appreciated.

A wonderful, interesting and tranquil stay

The hotel is lovely and peaceful with a historic feel. We stayed in a bay view room with balcony which had wonderful views overlooking the town and sea, it had an easy to use aircon (some hotel aircons aren't very intuitive) and a ceiling fan. We used the gym and the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time which was great. The staff were wonderful, attentive and polite, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had an issue with the hot water being cold they immediately tried to fix it they couldn't initially so offered us another room, but our room was so nice I didn't want to change, it didn't take long for them to fix it. The food was exceptional and included seasonal local and international dishes, I particularly liked their rotis, fish burger and rum punch. The staff were happy to organise our trips when we asked and where very helpful when we needed advice on places to visit. I can not say enough about how good Grenadine house and its staff were. We were very sad to leave and will stay here again if we come back to St Vincent. (I miss the sound of the morning cockral from town too).
