When we got here everyone is so nice and welcoming they take your bags up to the room they tell you stuff about what there is to do and where it happens The anvfi bar by the pool all the stuff are nice and they greet u whenever you come the entertainment there at bingo is very funny and smooth the activitys what they offer is class and the views are very good recep alp dogukan yeter

That was wonderful week for us food was amazing room was nice specaily garden bar anfi bar staff was amazing and thanks for yeter chef alp chef dogukan chef and manager recep thanks for the everything see you next year. We r excited to for next year

😊 Honest Review 😊 I got home this morning at 2am (UK time) We went as a family of 5 which was 3 adults and 2 children aged 17 and 8. We paid to upgrade the room and we were both in a standard room in the main hotel. I messaged guest relations before we departed and asked for rooms next to each other. We were granted our request and had interconnecting doors. We arrived on a late flight on 17th of August. We used the transfer bus and to be honest, found this really easy (there were only 5 families on it, all for the same destination) the transfer took about an hour and a half. We didn't stop, as almost everyone was asleep. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were all issued with our A.I bands. We checked in and were taken to our room on level 2 by one of the staff. The staff briefly explained that the terrace restaurant was 24 hours, but was an extra charge. He also explained really briefly where everything was. On our first proper day, we wandered round the hotel and found out where everything was (as I do on every holiday) the staff were friendly and very polite. We booked a spa package, which was incredible. We were offered alternative spa packages at a great deal, but it we didnt do it. My partner took towels down most mornings at 7am. There was people who unfortunately put towels down and don't go back until later on in the day- quite annoying, but such as life. The food was unreal. We found that there was a really good option, the children in our group can be fairly fussy, and they both found something each day. There was some repetitive food, but everyday there was something different. We were waited by Orhan, and I can honestly say he built the best memories for us. He was so kind, polite and funny. He really was the sweetest person. We didn't stay for the entertainment. It was on late, but I think it's because it's too hot during the day and they're waiting for it to cool down a bit first. I can hand on heart say that the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the cleaners were always so busy making the hotel clean. The pool areas were also extremely clean, but the sides were really slippy. We always woe footwear, but it was still slippy. I saw people of all ages fall (thankfully noone hurt too bad- but it could have been) The slides were great fun for all the family. We booked 3 trips through Sunny Temal (round the back of the hotel) and they didn't disappoint! We did the Medusa boat round Marmaris, which was so beautiful. They do take pics, which you're not obliged but very much encouraged to buy. We got a larger package, which was a really good deal. We also did Turtle beach and go karting. Sunny took really good care of us all, and really helped us choose the trips that were best for us as a family. We didn't feel that we were pushed into trips. Sunny made us all feel so comfortable and really does care about his customers as much as his business. The shops are very much all the same.... £10 a bag. 2 purses for £10. Everywhere would rather English pounds. Only got quoted TL in taxi from back of hotel to Icmiler. At Dalaman airport- EVERYTHING was quoted in Euros. They would convert, but be warned that is as everyone says- very overpriced. I read some really negative reviews, and I can hand on heart say, I never experienced any negativity at all. Overall- we had the BEST holiday, and we're gutted to be home. I would very much reconsider rebooking the same hotel. Happy to answer questions if anyone has any ❤️

Just returned yesterday and tbh wouldn’t go back. Check in was great although the receptionist forgot to put our wrist bands on and we had to go back. Our room was surprisingly large and we were really pleased with the size of it although it was in need of some tlc. The shower room was very small and desperate for a total revamp. The sink was a bit of a mess and the shower leaked. Lovely big soft towels. The only toiletries were a soap dispenser by the sink and an empty dispenser in the shower which was never replenished. The beds were very large and the bedding was soft and clean. The housekeeping team were in every day. The pools were the very clean and the slide pool was great for both children and adults. There were several very attentive lifeguards always on the lookout in the slide pool. However the sun bed situation was dire. Far too many beds squashed together and, if like me you have mobility problems, it was a major problem. People were putting towels on the sun beds way before the 7am curfew and the staff just ignored it. In the 7 days we were there we never managed to get a ‘good’ sun bed. A lot of the sunbeds were in the shade most of the day. Please be warned that the side of the pool is extremely slippery and pool shoes are a must. You can buy them in the shop near the restaurant. You would have to be extremely fussy if you couldn’t find anything to eat in the restaurant or snack bar. Plenty of variety although more vegetables would have been welcomed. The salad bar and deserts were good. I found the restaurant staff to be attentive most of the time. The spa is an absolute must. It is a haven of tranquility. The staff were amazing. I had ‘the full works’ for less than the price of a massage in the UK. I can’t recommend the spa enough - absolute bliss. My granddaughter also had a children’s spa and loved it The single worst aspect of the holiday was the drinks. They are appalling. If there was any alcohol in the drinks I would be amazed tbh. Even the juice was weak. The beer was ok but the rest was diabolical. I would rate this hotel as no more than a 3 ⭐️. If it didn’t have the slides for the children and the spa for adults I would rate it as a 2 ⭐️

Very positive holiday experience on the whole. We were a three generation family and there was something for everyone. The grounds were pleasant and tidy with lots of rabbits running freely around and coexisting with the cats , which was enjoyed by the children including ours . Pool slides were great although pools in general could get busy with people and inflatables. Pool side VERY slippery - heed the warnings although you can slip easily without vwarning. Food was adequate and a reasonable effort made for vegetarian food which I didn’t expect , although I’m sure the beautiful amazing looking desserts were made with gelatine, but there was plenty of pancakes and watermelon. I didn’t personally encounter any rudeness from staff , but dont expect formality - service is more casual . I ordered a lovely fresh cream cake from guest services for a birthday , and it came accompanied by lots of enthusiastic singing and cheers and a lovely table setting and cocktails. Rooms were fine - clean and comfortable and we were placed near the lift and the pools which were handy, and we didn’t find it noisy in the evening. We all really enjoyed the entertainment - it started much too late for the younger ones which was a drawback, and I felt sorry for the performers when people left part way through - not because of the quality but because of falling asleep. The amphitheatre was great for viewing but not really great for having drinks - spillages went the whole way down !! I used the on site shop to change money and bought most of my souvenirs there as I found it too hot to go walking round the shops - but I didn’t feel I missed out. We all felt we would be happy to return here.
