Very good

30 Sep 2024
Just returned from 10 night all inc, and it was amazing. Before I start with the praise just one negative, having requested a low level pool facing room on the booking and several emails sent to confirm my request we were put on top floor level 5 not facing pool I asked for a change which after 24hrs was promised a pool view on low level great we thought but I was wrong we were put in room 104 which faces the main road outside so balcony was useless we didnt want to waste anymore of our holiday so we just put up with it. The reception staff showed zero empathy they were terrible not interested at all. The room itself wasn't perfect but still very nice air con great maids in every day ,bedding, towels water in fridge etc. Pool was fab plenty of sun beds not enough umbrellas tho which you need coz it's red hot lol. Still got to be up early to put towels on bed some folks ( brits) putting towels on through night. Issues with brits thinking they owned certain sun beds even tossing other people's towels off shocking behaviour 🙄. Snack bar round pool had good choice , same every day tho but nice and fresh. Main restaurant clean and comfortable usual all inc food usually cold but got microwave to warm food. Staff fantastic plus at the bar get as many drinks as you like same with ice creams only afternoons tho. Entertainment was very very poor 😕 needs a good looking at . Location pretty good aswell. strange walking back to hotel of a evening with wild boars running around the street lol. Overall great holiday more good stuff than bad stuff would return.

Avoid unless You want to be treated like a 2nd class citizen

Where do I start?? The beds are hard the rooms are the exact same layout and size of a premier inn good for a couple of days but not enough room when staying for 2 weeks for a family with suitcases etc. The bathrooms are apparently nearly done however ours had chipped tiles and mold and there was water gushing in the walls that took the hotel 4 days to sort. The balcony is tiny overlooked by is too hot to sit on due to the air-conditioning unit blow hit air onto you. If you want a sunbed poolside for you, best be uo at 2am to put your towels down because charlie, the pool guy, claims them all for the people who pay him daily to do so. The pool bar staff are rude and intimidating unless you're a teenage girl, then they are creepy. My 8 year old son refused to go and get himself a drink because the bar staff scared him!!! The life guy was suspended for a day while we were there for taking pictures of young girls in the pool!! The food is OK, luke warm but edible, but after a week, we were fed up with fried chicken. The snack bar serves the best food bit that's still isn't brilliant. If you do have an issue pointless, taking it to management, they are never available, apparently. The hotel location is not the best. There is nothing really around it, but dark streets that have a lot of dodgy character lurking I was followed twice coming coming back from the shop round the corner when I went without my husband. I have been going to marmaris for the last 25 years but have never stayed this far. up usually stay in amutalan, which is where I'll be staying again in the future has I feel safer and the people are friendly. After speaking to other families, it was a common feeling of feeling unsafe at this hotel. Money definitely speaks in this place. After a few days, we realised that if we tipped the staff, they would show treat you with some more respect, meaning that we ended up spending a small fortune on tips just so my son wouldn't be scared of the angry looking men ((staff)) I will never return to this hotel and actively advice others to avoid.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay at the grand pasa and overall may return. we found hotel very clean and well maintained. Food was also really tasty & drink quality what you expect from an all inclusive. Things that we found could be improved - £65 charge for a late check out (normal check out is 12pm and later check out is 5pm so £65 for 5 hours is a joke can use spa facilities to get a shower instead) Access to the pool can be quite difficult due to the beds being so Tightly packed in the first row of beds So if your not the type to get up at stupid o’clock to claim a sun bed then you’ll probably have to walk a little bit around the hot slippy floor trying to find suitable space to get into the pool. There is no reason to get up super early as the sun doesn’t come around to the hotel pool until around 10am and even after this time we never struggled to get one. Kids evening entertainment is terrible. However this could be cos we traveled in term time. Breakfast lots of different selection but if you’re a Brit who loves the traditional English breakfast good luck!

Not good

30 Sep 2024
The hotel was dated and needs refurbishing. The staff were not friendly, the only 2 staff who were welcoming was Mehmet at the pool bar and Gizam in the evenings. The restaurant staff were packing up and used food servers from a pile of dirty spoons to serve me some pasta, I was disgusted and gobsmacked. Not enough beds round the pool or on the beach, no drinks service on the beach. I would never visit this hotel or Marmaris again.

Relaxing and lots of fun.

We spent 10 days at this hotel, overall we had a fantastic stay. The rooms are spacious for 2 people very well cleaned everyday. The food was hot does get a bit repetitive but always found something to eat. I found the bar staff very friendly, bar area and restaurant were clean we could always find a table. The entertainment team really make the holiday experience, Connor was so energetic and friendly, Zayn was a good laugh my sons favourite. A big shout out to George who would never pass without talking and if he saw one of the kids sitting on their own would always chat away with them. Hannah is great she is always chatty and friendly always smiling. Betty was great with the children very polite and chatty also. The main man Ali runs a great programme and he is such a lovely man great with our family. We are returning next year and that's mostly down to the entertainment team and the fun we had.
