Once again - superb.

Another wonderful stay at Granada Luxury. The food is superb, good med drinks with quality alcohol. Tremendous applause to the young Mann serving drinks to us at the pool area ON ROLLER-SKATES!!! There are so many places to eat and away places where you can have some nice food. Good animation - something for everybody - very good shows in the evenings as well. There still many Russians at the hotel, but this time the most of them behaved well. You can see that the hotel is getting older… THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING is that there are no areas for non smokers who want to eat and drink outside. At the restaurant out side area the music is to high and again no places for non smokers…. this is not good try to think of the children being exposed for passive smoking!!!!! But again superb food, superb staff, superb drinks.

Avoid! If you are a holiday maker from the U.K. looking for a 5 star Turkey…THIS IS NOT IT. Love Holidays market this hotel as a 5 star Luxury Hotel. As a well travelled individual who works within the travel sector and who has been to Turkey countless times, I can tell you this isn’t the case. It is 2 star at best. Pros - large room (after changing 3 times due to air con issues) - Room is cleaned well - Nice views - Ken and Hammad in the main restaurant consistently provided excellent customer service with a smile. - The lady who cleaned our room was lovely - Other guests mainly from Germany were very courteous and nice. - Generally the external service providers such as the spa, photographer and hairdresser are decent Cons - bad food: no variety. They often serve the same food. The food is tasteless. The breakfast is bad eg breakfast potato’s are just boiled potatoes, no turkey bacon or sausages and no baked beans. The food is cold even at the start of service. My mum got food poisoning from the food. - Looks like an 80s British seaside resort. Extremely outdated decor. The snack restaurant looks like Skegness on a bad day. - Poor customer service: many of the staff don’t speak English which can be a barriber. Not uncommon for Turkey which I understand. I requested water to the room at 9am and they didn’t reach the room until 12pm after numerous calls. Every reasonable request seems like a big deal for the staff. - No garden or seating area beyond the pool, beach and snack restaurant - No aircon in lift or corridors - Lack of soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear the entertainment and people in the next room - lack of lifts: you can easily be waiting 20 mins for a lift to take you down to dinner Upon arrival at the hotel, the air con wasn’t working. We requested to change rooms which was dealt with. However the next room also didn’t have functioning air con. We were then told to change rooms in the morning. We had travelled with my 5 month old son and this was not an option. After much reluctance and arguing they changed our room once again. No apology, nothing. It seemed like we were being a massive inconvenience/ being fussy. We were invited to dine at one of the A La Carte restaurants in the hotel. It was the worst food of the whole experience. The meat was raw. As a result my mum got food poisoning. One afternoon there was a foam party for the kids and the DJ thought it was appropriate to play “S*x on the beach” and was shouting it in the microphone. This was very very inappropriate. When I pointed out the negatives to the Guest Relations Manager she accepted it wasn’t up to the standards of say Delphin. There’s not much she could do because the hotel itself is of poor standard. From my understanding October is the end of the summer season and therefore everything is winding down however this does not mean guests should receive a winded down service. I am lodging a formal complaint with Love Holidays. The bottom line is if I hadn’t come with my extended family on holiday I would have left the next day.

Granada Hotel when it’s the biggest!

Amazing hotel with whatever u wish, entertainment every single day both for children and adults, great and various food and drinks from early morning to late night and unblieveble kind, friendly and untirable staff. Great facilities for swimming in the pool and the Mediterranean sea. The rooms are clean, and come with a free mini bar. The hotel is definitely recommended for families.

It is pur lăsat day at this hotel, everything is superb. Yuksel from guestrelathionship is very friendly and very helpful. I recomand this hotel to every tips of groups, family or young people because are activites for everybody. Definitely we will come in back to this hotel in the future.

I am really grateful for YÜKSEL at the front desk Who literally found me when I was lost !!!!! Even though it was not his duty, he went beyond and above his abilities to help me! He’s coworker Irem I think who is also very helpful and very nice! Very nice place very clean. The food was very good. Cleanliness is a priority for them. Very nice place very clean.
