What a fabulous hotel All inclusive fabulous Good drinks selection and they can be taken to the room Food was amazing Wellness centre lovely and relaxing Staff can't do enough for you spotlessly clean beach/pool towels provided Rooms spacious and showers amazing Pool area lovely Aqua aerobics great fun Adults only which was great

++++ Very clean , rooms cleaned daily, all hotel areas clean. Good variety of food in all inclusive - very varied meat and fish menu , good veg and salad varieties. Tables readily available. Great for people wanting a quiet hotel. Evening entertainment ok. Caters well for vegan and plant based milk. Good location Excellent bus service outside hotel that’s easy to use. Beach 10-15 min walk away Good reception , bar and cleaning staff. Plenty of sun loungers available. - - - - - Snacks restaurant good food but very limited time opening hours . Not ideal when traveling with young adult children, or when wanting to eat after 9pm. Desserts could be improved felt very similar daily. Premier league Football games not played in bar area. Champions league allowed with no volume allowed.

Fabulous pool area, average food for all inclusive

We loved our stay at the Gran Canaria Princess! The hotel itself was lovely, really clean and the staff were all very friendly. The pool area was a real gem as it is so big, loads of space for bed and a strict “no reserve sunbeds before 10am” rule. One side of the pool is heated and the other side isn’t, so choose wisely! There is a large wellness area with sunbeds and four hot tubs. The food was very average - loads of fish dishes and a bit of variety, but not lots of fresh food made to order which was disappointing. The breakfast was by far the best meal of the day. the snack bar for during the day - very average and not loads of choice, and the snack bar was a bit further from the pool. You can’t go in in your swimwear either so make sure you take a cover up. We were told when we checked in that you had a set eating time for your evening meal, but when I queried this they said it didn’t matter what time you went down, and nobody ever checked. Evening entertainment was again very average, and the set up of the entertainment space is a bit like assembly hall! Staff were all really friendly and accommodating.

Perfect Flop and Drop Break

The hotel was perfect for a flop and drop break very relaxing. The hotel was clean,comfortable, staff helpful and smiling,food choice and quality was excellent especially for a buffet service. Nothing was too much trouble even the weather was perfect. Pool area had enough sun beds and umbrellas. The whole break was above expectations. Being Adult only made it a quieter and relaxing break. Thank you.

Lovely Hotel

The hotel is very clean. Rooms are spacious and feel light and airy. All areas of the hotel are modern and well kept. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. Really liked that fact there are no sunbed wars due to the 10am rule. Food needs to be more themed, hot food needs to be hot to make it even better. Hotel no longer provides an iron to guests.
