The hotel has a potential to be a 4 star, but unfortunately because of poor cleaning in the rooms, constant lack of bath towels, dirty plates and cutlery in restaurant, as well as poorly looked green areas spoil the impression. Only food was ok

Hotel beach with very nice warm clean and clear sea with sandy bottom and sea grass and rocks with plenty of fish -nice for small children but also for snorkeling. We were very satisfied with food, but one should consider that it is mostly Turkish cuisine, which means no beef, no European cheese and sausages, plenty of vegetables. There was always enough food and wide selection. We had “Club” room which was supposed to be higher standard. It was less old than the hotel rooms, but double room was really tiny with 100yrs old air conditioning. The room was clean, but the shower looked like it had never been cleaned. The hotel is huge and even though the staff is cleaning common areas all the time, you can often see some mess or something missing- tables aren’t set, half of the buffet is empty, the guests are queuing at the grill…

It was a very nice hotel for the price, the staff was friendly, and we especially thank Mr. Yücel for his attention. The sea was truly amazing, and it was beautiful during the day as well. We recommend it and are considering coming back next year🤭

Hotel je naprosto úžasný. Pokoje jsou pekne a servis v pořádku. Jako asi Vám nikdo uplne nedela z ložního prádla labuť, ale kdo tyhle blbiny potrebuje. Bazény jsou super. Tobogány naše děti moc bavily, moře nádherně čisté, myslim, ze jsem i četla, že dostalo ocenění za 2024 za nejpruzracnejsi vodu. Personál a obsluha naprosto v pořádku, usměvavý a ochotní. Upřímně moc nechápu ty špatné recenze. Respektive asi bych je pochopila odkud chytnete jeden ze tří pokojů, kteří nemají balkon a nefunkcni klimu, tyto by neměli vůbec nabízet. Bohužel se nás to týkalo, ale nakonec nám bylo vyměněno a byli jsme moc spokojení. Hotel má rozlehlou a nádhernou zahradu a z pláže je luxusní vyhled na okoli. Obědy a večeře byly skvělé, svačina každý den u bazénu a deti z ní nadšene(hranolky, hamburgery, sušenky). Jediné co detem chybělo byla zmrzlina a častěji lívance s čokoládou a snidane by mohla mit méně sýrů a více masa😆. Hotel doporučujeme a chválíme za skvělou péči o hosty. Děkujeme. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are nice, and the service is satisfactory. You won't find swans made out of bed linens, but who needs those anyway? The pools are great, and our kids loved the waterslides. The sea is beautifully clear, and I think I read that it won an award for the clearest water in 2024. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews. I suppose I might understand them if you happen to get one of the three rooms without a balcony and with a broken air conditioner, which shouldn't be offered at all. Unfortunately, this happened to us, but we were eventually moved to a different room and were very satisfied. The hotel has a spacious and beautiful garden, and the beach offers a luxurious view of the surroundings. Lunches and dinners were excellent, with snacks available by the pool every day, which the kids loved (fries, hamburgers, cookies). The only thing the kids missed was ice cream and more frequent pancakes with chocolate, and the breakfast could have fewer cheeses and more meat😆. We highly recommend the hotel and praise it for the excellent care of the guests. Thank you.

This hotel is fabulous. We have stayed 10 nights. All staff are very friendly and helpful. My youngest daughter absolutely loved the kids club, full of fun activities for them. Diler was super friendly and affectionate towards my daughter, shes had a blast and definitely would like to come back. Play park is big and everything is clean. The food is good, selection of choices to suit everyone and the staff are amazing in the restaurant and will wait on u daily. Our rooms were big, clean and beds were comfortable, housekeeping would come if u needed anything and rooms got cleaned daily. Water slides are such good fun for everyone and also have smaller slides for younger children. My family loved this hotel and would come back.
