Excellent Glow Hotel Krabi

This hotel is amazing and I highly recommend it. Staffs are very helpful and friendly especially a staff called Usof. He was excellent and professional in his works. Amenities and facilities are prefect and rooms are so comfortable. Thanks a lot the manager and all members of the hotel. I wish coming back again in this hotel very soon.

Cheap budget hotel

The room was dirty with mould growing on the blinds, the reception staff helped and the next day got us a new room. Which was still dirty but we are only here four nights so just went with it. The pool gets no sun (which might suit some however not us) the bar staff not very friendly. Hotel not near the centre of Krabi, need to get a tuk tuk which again is fine however not as close as other reviews state. Food in the hotel was great and great value for money. If your after a cheap budget hotel then absolutely a great place to stay, but we booked an island hop and a few cities via a travel agent and only thing I would change would be this hotel.

Disappointing Stay

The overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing, though the front desk service was nice and helpful. We booked a room with twin beds, which was fine. However, after checking in, we discovered that our room was in a separate building, requiring a long walk from the reception. While we found this inconvenient, we were willing to accept it. What we couldn’t accept, however, was how dirty the building was—from the staircase to the room itself. Even worse, it was extremely noisy every evening, with people screaming at night and footsteps echoing up and down the stairways. There was a door marked as an emergency exit to the outside that was never closed, and the first-floor door remained open 24 hours a day with no supervision. On the day of checkout, when we woke up, we found a dirty bag that had been pushed under our door, and we had no idea what was inside it. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Thailand. It’s far from the four-star rating it claims to have.

Great Location, But Disappointing Stay

Glow Ao Nang has a great location, but overall, it feels a bit cheap and worn down. The materials used for the flooring, doors, and walls seem low quality, and there’s noticeable wear and tear throughout the building. Mosquitoes were an issue, even inside the room, which was frustrating. The pool area wasn’t particularly inviting, and there were no welcome drinks or extra touches to enhance the experience. While the staff were friendly, the breakfast looked uninspiring, so we chose not to pay for it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again. It doesn’t quite live up to the polished look in the photos.

Definitely a 3 star hotel, not 4 star.

Definitely not a four star hotel. This is a three star. There is a closet with four hangers, no drawers for clothes so we had ours piled beside television and kettle. Reasonably clean room but corridors and stairways are not. We had a mouse in our room. Staff is pleasant and responsive. AC in room works well and beds are firm which suit us. Great location. Did not eat a meal here. We stayed four nights.
