Perfect Service (With A Smile)

The location and hotel facilities were amazing. Every little touch had been thought of. The service is good throughout Thailand but particularly at Garrya Tongsai. The private buggy and taxi were a real bonus as was the free massage after breakfast everyday!

BETTER THAN WHITE LOTUS!

I have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui rates as one of the best. Koh Samui is in fashion at the moment because of White Lotus, but having stayed at the Four Seasons I much prefer Garrya Tongsai Bay. As you enter the secluded grounds, the resort is situated around its own tranquil private beach and you really are cocooned away in a true Thai oasis. The staff are uniformly friendly and warm but I would just like to mention Pu, also known as ‘mummy’ to the staff. Pu works in the restaurant at breakfast, and her enthusiasm for the fresh fruits and juices is beyond compare. She welcomes guests, informing you what is best to eat that day, and her smile and infectious joy is a real tonic to start the day. There are many attractive details I could mention, in particular the idyllic location, although it’s the staff which make this place so very special. This perfect environment can’t happen by accident and the management, who you see walking around in a friendly non-intrusive way, are clearly getting things just right. Will definitely return to this paradise as soon as possible!

Fabulous stay at the Garrya Tongasi Bay

From the moment we arrived we has a wonderful experience at this hotel. All the staff in the hotel are like family, they were all extremely friendly, smiling all the time, chatty, helpful and happy! You will love Mrs P at the fruit stall at breakfast, she makes you the best juice and sings all the time. She is a Superstar ! Our villa was a dream! The pictures don’t do it justice! It is like being in paradise. The hotel has a family feel warmth that you don’t often see in most hotels. Mark the General Manager is always walking around the grounds, always chatting to guests and making sure they are enjoying their stay. He is very approachable and knowledgeable about the Island, a bonus for the hotel. I feel this hotel is a hidden gem that you will always come back and stay when you are in Koh Samui. Dream holiday staying at the Garrya Tongasi Bay.

Best resort in Koh samui The best place for relaxation and vacation. The people and staff are great. The supervisor, Nok, was wonderful in her treatment and expert in dealing with guests. Beautiful resort , always enough sun beds by the pool ! Staff are always smiling and very helpful . Food is amazing and the special BBQ night worth every penny . The resort is just big enough and it’s never feel overcrowded . Looking forward to coming back next year !
