Official Description

Our hotel is located right in the center Hisarönü bay without disturbing the natural beach and forest. The building has been constructed within the five stars Ultra All Inclusive standards and there are 444 rooms on three floors. All rooms have balcony and majority of the rooms have sea view. All Deluxe buildings have their own private pool and consist of 9 blocks. Deluxe Superior rooms have their own indoor jacuzzi amenity Our guests will find pebble-sand beach or grass level for sunbathing along the 550 m beach of Hisarönü bay. From the main restaurant terrace, snack restaurant and the ala carte restaurants you have a sea view all over the beautiful Hisarönü bay. On the main resort part there is one big main pool, one relax pool and one children pool. On the Aqualand part there is one big activity pool, three slides and one children pool.

Lovely people and a beautiful place for a family trip

I highly recommend Fortezza Beach Resort. We had a wonderful 10-day vacation there. First of all, we were delighted by the beautiful surroundings and the variety of landscape (water, mountains, forests and lots of diverse greenery). Everything was beautifully maintained and well-groomed. A big plus was also the many attractions for children (swimming pools, slides, kids club, playground and close access to the sandy beach). We also send a huge thank you to the hotel staff, especially to the very nice lady who cleaned our room, great bartenders serving delicious cocktails and very nice and helpful waiters (especially during dinner, when it was the busiest) who helped find a free table and offered something to drink. Thank you very much for the wonderful time spent there. We returned home relaxed and rested.

Beautiful hotel, best staff including Mustafa in the restaurant and Burcu and Osman on animation crew have made us feel exceptional. Highly recommend. Facilities exceptional, staff can't do enough for you, and food selection wonderful

A perfect 10 days. We arrived late and on entering reception the night manager was very helpful. He was also very friendly throughout our stay whenever we bumped into him. I'm sorry i can't remember his name but thank you for all your help. Mehmet at the Kalispera bar ( amongst other places around the resort) was also very helpful and friendly. A big thank you to other bar staff who's names I have also forgotten! Our room was perfect, it was a bungalow on the front and we couldn't have hoped for better. The view was amazing. A big thank you also has to go to the housekeeper. A couple of times we came back to Flowers on the bed which was a nice touch. The food was amazing, especially from the grill. Some reviews have mentioned not enough choice but this was not the case. It wasn't always piping hot, but hot enough. The freshly made Pide was always a highlight at dinner. You cannot fault the location or the room (bungalow)and service we had. I can't comment on the main building or other rooms Some reviews have issues with it being mainly Russian. This wasn't an issue nor should it be. Everyone was friendly despite language barriers although I would say reception staff could be a little more friendly to other nationalities but luckily you don't need reception for much during the stay.If you want English tourists stay in Marmaris or Icemeler but you will definitely miss out on a wonderful stay at this resort. Thanks for everything Fortezza One other point is the bus to Marmaris. This is not a hotel bus but a public service. It's only 45 lira per person. Be careful of the timetable. It says on the hour up to midnight from Marmaris but it stopped at 7pm. This meant a taxi back at almost 900 lira. Luckily there was another couple coming back to split the cost. It could be it was a Sunday, but the timetable didn't say this.

Recommended for families with children The hotel has a wonderful view. It is very big, it offers many activities. It is ideal for families with children. The employees are very kind, Mrs. Oksana at the reception was extremely nice. As minuses, I would put the cleanliness of the dining room, which leaves much to be desired. And the fact that the hotel is occupied by 80% Russians. If you don't have a problem with that, then I recommend you go.
