Dalaman, or as they call it Turkeys Turquoise Coast, sits on beautiful mountain vistas complemented by small villages. Just over a four-hour flight from the UK, these rugged lands are blessed with world-famous diving spots, lavish hotels, scrumptious, cultural delicacies, and maybe most importantly; fantastic deals. Dalaman is potentially the ideal destination for a spontaneous holiday.
We would recommend travelling during the winter/spring season, between January and March as this is considered the low season of Turkey, welcoming the least number of tourists at this time of year. February is the most idyllic time to grab the best deals for Dalaman, as hotel prices tend to drop by the cheapest rates and the weather stays pleasant with average temperatures reaching 17°C. If you manage to visit Turkey in March or April, the climate thrives in sunshine reaching blazing temperatures up to 28°C and you’ll just miss the flock of crowds returning to vacate the summer months.
