Outstanding hotel we were welcomed with strawberries and champagne a must try is a on site Chocolatier, Rose who worked at the main pool area was amazing drink was never empty.

The gastronomy in this hotel is an adventure our room was spacious with plenty of cabinets modern in style. Professional evening entertainment by external performers.

Fantastic spa we had a swim up room lovely touch in the heat, Burak the waiter also had time for guests and a smile he was there each night so helpful.

Treated like royalty everything is done for us. Toiletries, grooming kits in our room didn't need to pack much really lol. Constantly restocked mini bar/ fridge with snacks and drinks.

Private cabana available to rent we went to the Beach party with dancers and fire show, care from all staff even the pool chap Yousef gives flowers to guests.....

Perfect for a family holiday with the biggest pool I ever seen, Loving the patisserie, day food was a difficult choice as so many to pick from pancakes Chicken Nuggets ice cream a cake counter, fruit corner and the normal buffets.

Opulent as soon as you walk through the front doors, it felt lovely and well maintained this was extended to all areas of our stay - food, waterpark, entertainment crew, room services cant thank them enough for making our holiday so marvellous.
