Good to knows: - Taxi from airport is ~18mins and €31 for up to 4-seater - €7 per room per night in tax charge when you check-in - Depending on which floor your room is on and if you require a lift, you will likely spend a lot of time waiting and fighting for spaces in a lift Reception: - Super friendly and helpful throughout check-in and taking to our room Room: Twin Sea-View - Pretty basic but did the job, cleaned every day and fresh bottles of water provided - Fridge hardly worked, slightly cools drinks below room temp but not great - Aircon is no good, just about keeps the room at almost a reasonable temp, can imagine is a nightmare when really hot - Shower is powerful and beds were okay to sleep in. Rooms on the small side. - Only had two plug sockets in the bedroom, neither of which are close to the bed Food & Drink: - Drinks choices are really average. Wines were super cheap and tasted terrible, beer okay, cocktail menu is really basic which consists of spirit plus a mixture of fruit juice. No branded drinks whatsoever, including soft drinks. The alternative is really cheap tasting and watered down cola, orangeade etc which aren’t fizzy. Only option for branded drinks is to buy from the in-hotel supermarket (Coke, Fanta etc) - Food is pretty repetitive every night. Can tell it is made in bulk, many dishes tasteless and not cooked well. Each night there is a carvery type meat, which was always the highlight. Lots of options, but had to pick and choose every night what was actually worth eating. Handmade pizza available at every mealtime which was also good. - Snacks available throughout the day (ice cream, waffles, donuts, popcorn etc) which was great - perfect for kids, including a kids bar with about 10 different flavour slushes. Restaurants & Bars: - Main Buffet Restaurant: pretty much a canteen, limited outside seating which is a bit nicer to sit in. - Lunch Snack Bar: All good, also where the kids bar is located - Food Hall: much better quality food than the main restaurant and nicer outside seating spaces to eat in - Blue Cafe: serves fresh waffles and ice cream all day. Also where the evening entertainment is held. If you cannot get an outside seat in the evening, it’s like sitting in a sauna. Pool Bar: Quick service and an additional area to sit in the evenings. Also has an arcade and pool tables attached. Staff: - Entertainment are super-friendly and there is always something going on for both adults and kids - Hit & miss for the staff serving in the restaurants and bars - some really friendly, some the opposite Overall: A great hotel for kids to have fun and enjoy all the hotel has to offer. If food and drink quality is important to you, this probably isn’t the hotel for you.

Hotel room 3 from 5, our first night romm was tereble to sleep, it was very noise like it was not possible to sleep, afteradministrator change room which was ok, but when I take a shower it start go water from pipe which was on floor, so this was very uncomfortable to clean water because room pipe have problem, maybe its stuck a lot hair, who knows. Personal at mail restoran not alowed us take simlpe couple fruit and this is big principe y them side, all rest personal was ok. Hotet clean is 5 from 5, clraning personal do them job very good. Food is 4 from 5, you can find a lot different food for every taste. Drink is 4 from 5, its was good brend alkohol and all coctail was good. Pool is good, beach is good. Hotel have strong 4 from 5.

Family friendly indeed

Booked two twin rooms, ended up with two family rooms (2 twins and a bunk bed for 2 kids). Room is quite spacy for 2 kids. Alarm buttons installed everywhere, staff quick to respond to any requests. Plenty of activities for kids under 12 (my 15 years old settled for the pool and beach). Food variable and available on many locations. Good beds, not too soft (my bad back appreciates it). Bus stop nearby, 10 minutes walk to a giant waterpark, bus stop nearby. Decent quality of sleep, but the seaside windows face the entertaining grounds, where there are sometimes concerts and events for kids until 22:00. On the downside: showers only have glass door, the shower room itself has no door. In the showers only shower gel is available, luckily I brought shampoo from home. All in all, 4.5/5

Best experience ever

Great services from the reception to housekeeping. Every day we had our towels and linens changed, and we received water in the room. The staff is incredibly understanding, attentive, and willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The pools, beach, exotic plants, entertainment team, shows, and food make you feel like you've landed in paradise. Incredible!

Excellent family resort

Excellent resort primarily intended for families with kids or teenagers. The location along the Faliraki beach is great despite the beach not being entirely made of sand, but with gravels and some rocks here and there (tip: walk 400m to the right – in the Faliraki direction – and you will find a better spot with mostly fine sand and a gentle slope into the waters) – The food in the hotel was excellent for such a large resort that serves hundreds of meals every day. We were very surprised by the huge quality and variety of meals, including Greek specialties, Mediterranean or international food, and unavoidable fast-food stuff for kids or when you just want to eat a pizza or hamburger at 3PM when back from the beach. The deserts in particular, mainly mini-cakes of all sorts, are just delicious. The restaurants are quite noisy but nothing unusual for such a large resort with so many guests and so many children (if you want a quite place, probably look for something else) – We have appreciated the free towel service for the beach and swimming pool, and other little convenient things: a free air dispenser for the inflatable buoys and other water toys, always at least a restaurant and a bar open from 7AM to midnight to eat or drink something; a small shoping area, etc. The personal was kind and very professional. I definitely recommend that place.
