ROYAL CLUB TOUR SCAM!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I went to view this Emirates Grand apartment hotel programme whilst visiting Dubai with my baby and elderly grandparents this week. We was approached by a salesman called Sadiq from the tour agency at Al Ghurair mall who convinced us to view the hotel facility in exchange for tickets to a Al Jaddaf Amina dinner dhow cruise operated by Oasis Holiday. Whilst 5 guests attended the session, only 2 tickets were confirmed once we arrived at the cruise port one evening. I spent over 45 minutes trying to contact Royal Club Tour company for help but no resolution was reached despite given a whatsapp number to contact. I even tried to contact the hotel itself but no answer was given. Eventually we had no choice but to pay for 3 tickets unexpectedly last minute as the boat was leaving to depart. No consideration was given to our family even though I was travelling with a young baby and elderly grandparents who struggled to hang around as I tried to find out what was happening. Do not waste your time on holiday with this company, all just a scam to get people to invest into their worthless membership. Please dont waste your time into the viewing or membership. The cruise experience itself wasnt great either, low quality limited buffet food, deliveroo is more worthwhile. SCAM NUMBER: +971 55 645 3805. This lady will voice note you constantly to offer a free hotel pickup but won't offer help when needed.

Bad experience and staff especially khadiga I came at 06:00pm untim 08:00 pm i didn’t take my room First gave me room door doesn’t work i went 2 times to reception to change the key after that o asked to send someone with me and she informed me that we will fix the key tomorrow and she will open the door eveytime you want ofcourse not logic and i sked her to change the room she gave me another room i found luggage for another guest inside i went down to speak with manager he left already and khadia refused to call him and told the staff do not call to manager and raise her voice acutely she doesn’t know how to work in hospitality and she didn’t fix my problem

Don’t be fooled by the pictures!

Also known as the Sunday Mega Hotel. We were relocated to this ‘sister’ hotel after arriving in the early hours of the morning. The staff on reception were unfriendly, unhelpful and unsympathetic despite our predicament. Quite frankly the hotel looks nothing like the pictures and is well below the standards I would expect. We checked out in the morning, despite having paid for 6 nights at the ‘sister’ hotel, after spending a restless night due to the lack of double glazing despite being on a main road in a room that was dated and unpleasant.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype I had high expectations from Emirates Grand Hotel, but sadly, the experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere close to what the pictures promised. The cleanliness was questionable, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. Staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to requests, and the overall service lacked warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was painfully slow, and even getting assistance with luggage felt like a task. The location might be decent, but it doesn’t make up for the subpar experience within the hotel. Would not recommend this place — definitely not worth the price or the stars it claims to have. There are far better options in Dubai that offer true value for money and actual hospitality.

Our arrival at the Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments at 11:00 PM on March 14, 2025, was met with an immediate sense of disappointment. The first room we were given had an uncomfortably worn bed and stained pillows, raising serious concerns about cleanliness. The neglected floor prompted us to request a different room, adding to our disappointment. Regrettably, our next room was only slightly better but was permeated with an unpleasant smoke smell. Once again, we found ourselves asking to switch rooms. After enduring a long journey, the constant hassle of changing rooms was an unwelcome burden. We believed the final room was an upgrade but was riddled with issues. The bathroom door would not close or lock properly, invading privacy. To make matters worse, we discovered live bugs in the shower, and the water remained lukewarm no matter how long we ran it. By the time we settled into our room, it was well past midnight. After two exhausting days of traveling to Dubai, we could not tolerate another night. The following morning, we checked out and found a different hotel that finally met the basic standard of living. The relief of finding a better place was profound, a sense of liberation from the discomfort we had endured at the Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments. This disappointing experience has left a permanent mark on our perception of hospitality. Therefore, we strongly urge anyone seeking an enjoyable vacation to avoid the Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments. Your peace of mind and enjoyment during your trip are far too important to risk; therefore, we are sharing this warning regarding our travel experience with your well-being in mind.
