Dream Hotel & Royal Class Rooms & Friendly Personnel

We stayed 4 night long and liked very much! Rooms are well designed and donated. Breakfast is wonderfully with wide range. Workers are very friendly and helpful, hotel team have prepared lovely wedding anniversary with charming surprises. I strongly suggest travellers to book the hotel!

Beautiful but not worth it. I would not recommend

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard. However, there are significant downsides. The service is poor, with unhelpful and rude staff. Dining is also an issue; I had to wait over an hour for food to be served in the restaurant. Drinks are excessively expensive—€230 euros for a glass of prosecco. Additionally, the hotel is far from everything, making it inconvenient for guests. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

A very beautiful and big property The staff very friendly and always ready to help to call a taxi explain about everything they are asked. The Breakfast is based in traditional Turkey food but you can have the basics fruits tea and coffee and eggs The facilities have swimming pool, Spa , jacuzzi and very beautiful gardens.

Bad stay, poor service, unccoperative staff, pool OK.

the overall service in hotel was poor, AC would get switched off everytime we went out of the room. We had to call the reception everytime to turn on the AC. Restaurant and the breakfast was bad. The service in the restaurant was poor and slow, food below average. I made 2 different bookings - I had to cancel one booking due to emergency. For cancellation, I called many times but nobody picked-up the phone until the cancellation-time had passed. After that, the front-staff picked-up the call twice and said that the manager will call back but I did not receive any call from the manager. We went for a Turkish bath, the facilities were below average and the masseuse was very rude. Overall we had a very bad experience, I would suggest others to stay away from this hotel. There are many which are better in the area.

We travelled to stay halfboard at this hotel with family expecting to have a great time but boy was we wrong!! On first impressions this hotel looks and is beautiful with a fantastic little pool in the centre of the low rise blocks. Rooms were stunning that came with the usual things ie safe, mini bar(chargable) coffee & tea making facilities but that's the plus side. Now the negatives, Hotel is miles from anywhere and i mean miles! stuck between a housing complex and a very busy main road just along from the airport. Food was an absolute disgrace! On half board the give you a limited 2 page menu but they tell you they don't have halve of the things on there so it's the same couple of dishes you are getting like it or not. Breakfast was not much better again very limited there was fruit, yogurts, bread, olives, boiled eggs, omelette pre made and stuck in tray they also put out other compliments like fresh honey and chocolate sauces jams which you normally associate with waffles and pancakes? After 3 days of complaints from a few different guests waffles a pancakes appeared along with some crossaints which was first come first served then we have no more! seems to be one of their favourite sayings. Drinks are extortionate prices as you are a captured audience with no where to go outside without using a taxi. They tried to charge one couple €230 for a bottle of prossecco who were so angry that checked out next day! Please im not one of those people that moan about food normally as I travel a lot but this place is worst place I've ever eaten at! To the point we ate out most evenings and tried to make the best of breakfast. If you spending the odd night ie overnight do it as its a beautiful hotel just wrong location and wrong food. You have been warned.
