We travelled to stay halfboard at this hotel with family expecting to have a great time but boy was we wrong!! On first impressions this hotel looks and is beautiful with a fantastic little pool in the centre of the low rise blocks. Rooms were stunning that came with the usual things ie safe, mini bar(chargable) coffee & tea making facilities but that's the plus side. Now the negatives, Hotel is miles from anywhere and i mean miles! stuck between a housing complex and a very busy main road just along from the airport. Food was an absolute disgrace! On half board the give you a limited 2 page menu but they tell you they don't have halve of the things on there so it's the same couple of dishes you are getting like it or not. Breakfast was not much better again very limited there was fruit, yogurts, bread, olives, boiled eggs, omelette pre made and stuck in tray they also put out other compliments like fresh honey and chocolate sauces jams which you normally associate with waffles and pancakes? After 3 days of complaints from a few different guests waffles a pancakes appeared along with some crossaints which was first come first served then we have no more! seems to be one of their favourite sayings. Drinks are extortionate prices as you are a captured audience with no where to go outside without using a taxi. They tried to charge one couple €230 for a bottle of prossecco who were so angry that checked out next day! Please im not one of those people that moan about food normally as I travel a lot but this place is worst place I've ever eaten at! To the point we ate out most evenings and tried to make the best of breakfast. If you spending the odd night ie overnight do it as its a beautiful hotel just wrong location and wrong food. You have been warned.

Me and my Husband stayed at this resort for 6 days in July 2024. Positives: The hotel room was nicely decorated with a working jacuzzi bath tub. The hotel offer a free beach shuttle bus with private beach access. They provide free fresh water everyday. A cool games rooms for adults and kids. Nice spa area with friendly team. Negatives: There were 2 TVs in the room but only one of them was connected to the Internet. The minibar was overpriced, e.g 4 € for a can of Fanta, whereas we found a local supermarket and stocked up on food from there for a fraction of the price. There is an in-house restaurant for convenience, however this was, once again, overpriced and the variety was severely lacking. We found app called Yemeksepeti ( turkish uber eats) great variety of food and in local affordable currency too. House keeping don't change your bed sheets for the entirety of your stay. There are no irons in the rooms, you have to pay for an ironing service and once again this is overpriced. The hotel left us stranded at the Land of legends! The hotel taxi driver had arranged to meet us at the end of the night show at the land of legends (11pm was when the show finished). We contacted them via WhatsApp and had no reply. My husband then called the hotel and they stated "we would have to find our own way back and that they cannot help us" we were charged an extortionate price to get back to the hotel and we're not even compensated for this cost. On the last day of our stay the pool was not filtered and was quite dirty and this made us feel really unclean.

Excruciating experience

The hotel is located out of nowhere. Out of the staff, only few (2-3) speak comprehensive English. On the checking date, our cards were charged for the whole stay (1 week). We were in the middle of nowhere, landed late at night and one of us had a 3 year's old little girl.The staff probably knew that we would have left the following day given the hosting conditions : - The food in the restaurant was not good and quite expensive ( for chicken and chips), some of us ended up with irritable stomachs. - We have to argue for more than 1/2h to get some extra bed sheets using google translate - At night we were regularly woken up with some very strong sewer odour - The continental breakfast was a joke. No variety at all. The fruits were tasteless.We could only eat crumbled eggs. - I escaped falling on the floor twice as the staff was cleaning without displaying a yellow sign. The hotel is nicely build and when you look at the pictures(don't fall for it), you are tempted to book but the service is appalling. The only positive thing is the pool. I won't recommend at all.

Service 1/10 Cleaning 0/10 ❌❌❌Pay attention❌❌❌ I would not recommend this hotel at all and here is why: First of all, they allow pr*stit*tion on the hotel. One night there were 3 very old men with three girls, and it was obviously pr*stit*tion’s, and the hotel didn’t say anything, while there was family’s overall. This is not a cheap hotel at all, it is expansive, and when it cost that much money, they should not accept these kind of things at all. They don’t change the bed sheets, they only make the bed. When we arrived at the first day, there was hair from another people and it was just dirty. When they clean while we are down at the pool, they don’t clean carefully. In 2 days now our soap bottle at the bathroom was empty. The service here is not good either at all, when they say they come they don’t come, we asked them 6 times to come, and they came at the 7th time. In general the quality of this hotel is just very very bad. When we arrived the hair dryer was also not working, and the whole room was just having a very bad smell. I then asked my neighbours at the hotel, and they said the exactly the same thing like me. The staff is also very very bad at English so it is hard to communicate with them about anything. The breakfast is also very very bad and not fresh, there is not so much food to choose and the food is just not good. Trust me, they make it look like it is a luxury hotel, but do not trust the pictures. I will never come back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Would have given a 0 if I can. Staff that work there are so rude and disrespectful. Will not make you feel welcomed at all. Room was stained with coke the minute we entered and cleaners did not clean upon request. Cleaners also stole money from our room. You’d think you’re safe and your belongings are safe in the hotel but clearly not. When reporting this issue to the hotel manager we was told there’s no evidence so we can not do anything. Surely they should try investigating into the matter? Hotel staff also refused to call us a taxi as there was 5 of us. Surely taxis are not limited to 5 seats? Hot tub was not working throughout our whole stay despite us being repeatedly told we’ll get it fixed. and a lot of the times we was told not to go into the pool during evening periods as they had chlorine in it.Breakfast is cold even if you’re there as soon as they open. Hotel is in a very odd location with not much around it. You will be required to walk 30 mins + or get a taxi to get to anywhere decent. Overall I would not recommend this hotel at all. hospitality is awful. AVOID!!!
