Elite World Marmaris Hotel

Can’t recommend Elite highly enough. Staff always polite, friendly and helpful. Every part of hotel extremely clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets excellent. Beach and shops on doorstep. Enjoyed a great Hamam and massage. Only criticism was drinks at pool bar (only bar). Appalling! Don’t advertise cocktails if staff can’t make them. Tried on two occasions before giving up for remainder of holiday. No mint.. no lemon.. no lime. Very disappointing. Rest of holiday SUPERB. Thankyou we’ll be back 😎

Enjoyed our stay at elite world, excellent staff and food was good for us and the hotel is very clean, however the hotel needs some evening entertainment and the coffee shop bar needs to be an alcohol bar at night instead of going to pool bar and turn the Italian restaurant park into a lounge. Would like to mention the excellent staff who are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them. Ps.just be aware that some rooms are opposite the shake bar and gets quite noisy till 1am. But many thanks for a lovely holiday.

Beautiful view from the seaview room. Clean rooms. But...... The majority of the staff wasn't very friendly and high end service. I didn't like a very pushy massage man in the spa area. I was very looking forward to having a massage everyday but ended up doing it somewhere else because from the beginning the guy was so pushy and his selling technique was shaming other massage places and saying his place is the only best one. So inappropriate. The light in the shower in the spa was broken so you had to hit the wall to turn it on. No cold plunge after the sauna. The hotel didn't feel luxurious because of several reasons like for example: no food and drink service by the beach or pool-never seen anything like this! Every other hotel has this service and you claim it is because of the hygienic reasons you don't provide it- let's be honest it is just saving hassle for you and money so you don't need extra staff. The snack bar looks like some very cheap canteen for the homeless. The food there looked the same.. To get beach/pool towels you have to go spa and change it with towel card- very inconvenient and certainly not luxury. Man taking care of the beach is selling fruits- it should be all inclusive !!? How come he is allowed to sell it if you don't allow food on the beach because of the hygienic reasons ? It all doesn't add up. We thought adults only hotel with such a beautiful view would have great service and atmosphere but unfortunately it failed... In general we loved the view and clean room and lovely cleaning ladies. The area of Icmeler and Marmaris is definitely not our cap of tea. Very cheap, tacky and not classy, spoiled by tourists. Would never come back.

Where do I start . Elite World is trying so hard to stand out from the crowd but this is where its failings are . The hotel looks amazing the rooms are an ok size ( travel lodge size) and are very clean thank you to our cleaner on the second floor room 2010 btw . Everything is clean and tidy there is no compromises here . Food is edible but like many reviews gets very boring after day 3 so ended up eating out , but that is our preference as we LOVE the Turkish cuisine , the food is OK . All the staff do try hard a thanks to Tayfun and Eugin for helping me learn some more Turkish and getting Me and my Wife's drinks . Now this is where Elite World loses its Experience rating . There is no atmosphere it just feels flat , No evening entertainment and i mean Nothing this is one of the reasons we went out every night , The only Bar is the Pool bar and the drink availability was very limited (no white rum for Mojitos ) A 24 hour coffee bar which would be better as a lounge bar as there is NO lounge bar there is only a couple of sets in the reception area I know you are on holiday so Television should be at the bottom of the list , but be warned there is ONLY BBC world news is the only English speaking channel , nice T.V and you cant even stream to it :( . and last but least like many reviews you are right next door to the SHAKE BAR we had a sea view room and could still here the music very loudly in the room I know Icmeler is live place but this the problem Elite World is selling it self as a relaxing spa holiday put theres not much relaxing due to the surrounding dance bars , The Elite is lovely hotel but when i go holiday i do like a bit of evening entertainment and louge bar to relax ,chill and have a few games of cards with other guests

you can't do better - food-- staff - standard of room - all excellent. all laid back - nothing too much trouble. only one bar near pool - so if you want to sit in evenings, you must carry. beach with loungers always available - loungers reorganised andcleaned up many times a day
