Elite Suites by Rhodes Bay

Thank you Elite Suites for a wonderdul stay in one of your suites with a pool. We found the room and pool to be outstanding and all the staff from the waiters, waitresses, gardeners and cleaners were so friendly and helpful. We would like to say a big thank you to Daria who made our stay very easy and is a massive credit to the company. We will be back.

This is the 6th time we have stayed at the Elite Suite in Rhodos. a wonderful place, private swimming pool in the room, Bvlgari products, a real 5*****. Added to this is a perfect welcome with Daria at customer service who makes every moment of your stay a special moment, Daria is so lovely and kind ! and Aris at the restaurant who enhances each meal with his professionalism and legendary smile. thank you to ALL THE STAFF of Daria et Aris for make our holy days just perfect. See you next years

Wonderful relaxing holiday all staff very friendly and we made very welcome Accommodation excellent sea view private pool very private goodies brought to our room daily large plater of fresh fruit on arrival can’t wait to book another holiday there. We stayed in the Elite suites, the most special holiday we have ever had Daria and her team could not do enough to make our stay extra special we would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to make a holiday special. Special mention to Diamantis the restaurant manager and his team who made my wife’s birthday extra special. They are all stars and can’t wait to return

We had reserved last 3 days of our vacation to top our one week holiday in Rhodes with a "Elite Suite private pool" with full board. Before the trip we had seen the pictures, both from the hotels own reservation site, and from hotels.com (expedia) showing pictures from the room type with stunning views over the ocean. When we got the room, it was on first floor with no sea-view at all, only a building in front of the pool destroying the view. We asked in the reception to change our room to higher floor, but that was "not possible" for any of our days. Showed them the room pics from the ads, and they said they were "general pics" from the hotel, even though it clearly stated the room type together with the pics. The hotel should really contact hotels.com to change the pictures since this i fraud. We did not get what we expected. It's an expensive hotels and you would expect the best. Once we got the room one ”bed spring elastic band” was missing under / below the mattress, almost causing us an injury since when sitting on bed fell right through. Staff fixed it later in afternoon. Pros: - Food is on quite good for full board, and meals are primarily served in a restaurant reserved for elite suite guests, so usually not very crowded. - Nice welcome routine with special reception, walk-around. - Nice SPA area with nice heated pool and not crowdy since limited access for Elite suite guests. Cons: - The room for Elite private pool is not matching the pictures from large booking sites or the hotels own booking site. - You would expect at least water to be included in full board, but this will be an extra cost on the bill. - Only 1 water bottle per day per family to the room included - The restaurant at roof top - at checkin we were informed this can be reserved for dinner using the app. When app reservation did not work at all, and asked in the reception it was not possible to reserve at all, only available for lunch. - Breakfast seemed a bit limited in Elite suite restaurant, we were not asked until the 3rd day for anything from the kitchen (eggs/pancakes etc) so didn’t know this was an option. - Beach nearby not very nice, stones etc. Summary: Be careful when reserving the Elite Suite with private pool - it has no view at all even though the hotel pictures at booking sites shows it does. Hotel itself is OK, but not 5 stars, rather 3,5.
