My wife and I booked to go to Zakynthos on June 14th this year and I ended up losing my passport... however, my wife called the hotel to ask for a change in the date of stay for two weeks in advance until we could resolve the issue of passport. And because it was a high season date, we thought it would be difficult for this to happen, however, they treated our case with great attention. With the passport issue resolved, we went to Zakynthos and when we arrived at the hotel we were very well received, the entire hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. We were given a room upgrade that made our experience even more wonderful! I thank all the staff for providing us with something incredible that we experienced during the days we were there and that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives!
