Here is my honest review: The hotel area is huge! Be prepared to do a lot of walking. Limited information on check in. We got a club room which was welcomed, as it was quieter than the bigger pool! Maybe management can think about making the club rooms adults only? Hotel itself and rooms are very clean! Although the toilets in the lobby areas can sometimes get dirty due to the high volume of use. Staff are fairly average. There was only one member of staff that really stood out, and that was the waiter down at the pavilions, (sorry forgot his name!) he was always smiling and gave us brilliant service! The pavillion is definitely worth booking. Relaxed private area with your own waiter. We could have booked this every day! Bar service is average. We were given a couple of glasses of dodgy wine….it was clearly cloudy and off but we were still served it by the staff. You’ll que for drinks at Starbucks, as there is only one member of staff operating an automated machine. Spa is really relaxing….we booked the honey package which was very nice! EVENING MEAL TIME: There is a lot of talk on this on previous reviews and here’s mine……chaos! There is nothing relaxing about evening meal times, in fact it’s stressful! Lots of people in one area and rude, ignorant and arrogant people skipping the que. Children running around bumping into you. Dirty tables. I asked the staff several times for drinks and they clearly forgot as the drinks never appeared….ended up getting them myself on numerous occasions. I asked a member of staff if he could bring me over a sugar dispenser as the one on our table was empty….he brought us over another empty sugar dispenser….needless to say I got another one myself. Food is good, although is fairly repetitive. Staff clearly work really hard producing that amount of hot food. Tables are hard to come by at the beginning of the night. We found ourselves wandering around looking for one, then one of us had to stay with the table whilst the other went and got food. We felt we didn’t eat with each very much in the evening. You que for the food stations too. Very noisy atmosphere, very loud plate trolleys being pushed around by staff, no dress code, people clearly go for dinner straight from the pools as they were still in swimwear etc. This was the biggest let down of our holiday. On our last day, we needed to get in sharp so we could eat and then go to the airport, there was already people queuing up at the doors, one person was even in the que with a plate already in his hands! A soon as the doors opened, people were flooding in from all sides! If you like a nice relaxing peaceful holiday….this place isn’t for you. Good for people with family’s, We won’t return here.
