Amazing Place

I’m very pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly and the manager, Ana, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She went through great lengths in accommodating us right from the start. I had to change our arrival date only a few days before our stay and she managed to help us get a great room! The breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room. The view was fantastic and the room was amazing! I love the shower, the king size bed was very comfortable. My son had his own room and a very comfortable king size bed as well. Ana even drove us to Fira, when no taxi cabs were available at that time. I highly recommend this place. It’s the perfect location and very comfortable!

Wonderful stay at Ducato di Oia

The 2 wonderful hosts Anna and Nada made this trip a truly wonderful experience. Already into the lead up they provided us with viable information regarding our vacation and answered every query. At arrival they both went above and beyond making sure we had every possibility to enjoy our stay. They were on call 24/7 to answer any question we might have. Oia itself is gorgeous but the amazing stay at Ducato di Oia made the experience even more unforgettable. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the rest of the staff working diligently taking care of the guests.

This hotel is awesome and has fantastic views of the Oia skyline and the Aegean Sea. Right in the heart of beautiful Oia. Having breakfast in personal balcony was breath taking. As with some other hotels there are a lot of steps so try not to pack too much else the staff have to literally carry your luggage on their heads and take it to the hotel. Plus be aware certainly in our room there was no door in the toilet…and is not hidden behind walls ! So that made things a bit odd ! Breakfast was good. Remember to ask for tea if you want it in the mornings. Do remember to go upstairs to the lounge area - the view is magnificent. We had outlined that we were celebrating our anniversary so they had made swans from the towels - a nice touch ! Just a bit disappointed on the last day we’d agreed to checkout at specific time and went for an early morning walk. Only to find out on our return they had removed our belongings out of the room without asking us and before the agreed time…. a bit disappointed. Else recommend it.
