With the Bávaro beach on one side and the lagoon on the other, this luxurious holiday complex is surrounded by palm-trees. This eco-friendly complex was built exclusively using organic materials, harmonizing it with the local scenery. The main building holds the lobby, with a 24-hour reception desk, shops, and a hairdressing salon. We had a great experience. Our room was pretty well maintained all the time. Preferred area service is top notch Ada really took care of us. Must of staff on pool and bars are excellent. Kids loved the Waterpark side we spent our stay 80% there on the PC pool or at the beach. Beach was pretty clean.

The staff was absolutely amazing especially Emilio the Butler and Bertha My main issue with this resort is it has false advertising I paid extra for ocean view room but it was definitely not an ocean view, and they did not do anything to make up for that. They just said that is what they consider ocean view.So make sure you know, ocean view room is not an ocean view

Beautiful resort, a few improvements desired

Overall, this is a beautiful resort. Pros: food choices/restaurant selections, lots of beach space/chairs, clean rooms + good housekeeping, friendly staff. Cons: some of the food was just okay, the pool chairs were reserved by people every day almost all day and they rarely used them. Fitness/group workout classes were not very good (but the entertainment team was wonderful otherwise!) More details: the nightly shows were great - we just wished they started at 8pm instead of 9pm - some when to almost 11pm. Included wine choices were not good at all and the prices to purchase bottles were ridiculous. We loved our room - it was huge (for only paying base price) and appreciated the thoroughness of housekeeping. The resort is beautiful and the layout made it feel like a sold-out week wasn't actually that crowded. We were not preferred level and felt the only reason we would have wanted to be would have been the breakfast/lunch options on/near the beach (rather than only having the buffet in the lobby area). The staff was friendly and the drinks were decent. We appreciated that you didn't need reservations (except hibachi tables, but we don't recommend them unless you LOVE rice) and we were able to dine without much of a wait most evenings. The views at Seaside Grill and Portofino and outdoor dining in general were lovely, however, the food was much better at the indoor restaurants. Another bummer for us was that all the pool bars were shaded. We love to sit at a pool bar and still be in the sun - it was pretty cool in the shade and water. The pool was also pretty deep ~4.5ft so it made it difficult to hang out without feeling like you were going to get pool water in your drink or get any sun. Overall, we will probably not go back to this resort unless we find a really good deal. We've been to other all-inclusives and Dreams properties that we prefer over this one, but we'd still recommend it to others.

The musics and activities were great and their is always a good mood. Loved the beach and the room are super comfy. It's the first time I came, we visited with my family a lot of things and the guide were always really kind with us. Will come again.

It was a very nice experience it was one of the best holidays ive went too the Weather was nice and there was always Entertainment nestor is exzellent Food here is also perfect and the room where you stay is very relaxing Not only me is happy my family is very happy too
