Relaxing break with good food and attentive staff

We had a lovely week break. Staff were excellent and worked really hard in very hot temperatures. Food and drink was very good. We were able to eat at all the restraunts either in the evening or lunchtime. You have to be quick each morning to check the app for availability, but you can easily arrange reservations at the desk in reception should you struggle to find a slot. We spent most of our time by the beach area so we could jump in sea, pool or be close to the barefoot or seafood grill for lunch. We could always get loungers in that area too and in most areas to be honest. I think the only place it was difficult was the lagoon pool, but we only went there on a couple of the days. Entertainment was generally very good and varied. We had a preferred club room which was in a nice location and had a nice view. We only used the preferred pool once, and the only good thing for me in the preferred club lounge was access to a different type of beer. So nice to have rather than neccessary.

Lovely Resort Grounds, could make a few tweaks

Felt like a lovely resort, plenty of places to visit onsite and enjoy a different pool or the private beach and always plenty of beds which is a relief that it’s not a mad dash every morning. Buffet restaurant and Oceana Grill (for lunch) are the best places to eat in our opinion the other a la carte restaurants had limited menus and we cancelled all further bookings after the first visit and opted for the buffet as we prefer choice and lots of lovely fresh salad, fruit, cheese etc. the buffet really is good. Main issue for us was the size of the bedroom, we booked a preferred club sea view family bungalow with sliding partition doors to turn the small lounge area into the kids bedroom and afford us all a little break from eachother at night (we were there for 2 weeks) on arrival no partition doors so one open plan room - the grooves were in the ceiling where the partition once was but had been removed I guess. I made 3 attempts to get moved but (understandably) the hotel was full. But this really did disappoint us, it really was not big enough for a family of 4, we had to have suitcases out on the balcony as no room inside so we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the lovely sea view! I had to request 20 more coat hangers which still wasn’t enough for all our things, and no privacy in the bathroom area it was all open, with a frosted door for the shower and toilet of course! For this reason I wouldn’t recommend it if you like to spread out and have a little separation from the kids at night - the room would be lovely for 2 people.

A holiday of dreams

This was the best place we have stayed in years! Previous places were by no means bad, but this place just had that extra sparkle. The pool was great, the staff incredibly friendly and the room was very comfortable. We stayed in a bungalow with 2A and 2C. The food: excellent varied choice. So many places to eat and the quality was excellent. We struggled to get a booking for any of the a la cartel offerings when we tried at arrival. However after a quick chat with the reservations lady at the desk, she managed to get us all the bookings we wanted :) The pools: we preferred the main large pool. No sunbed wars. However if you want a few Sunbeds together then you would need to be there for 0830/9am. Saying that beds became available throughout the day and there were always beds available at the beach or other pool if needed. We just preferred the larger pool. The beach: comfortable, but not the best part of the holiday. Not the hotels fault just the sea in that area isn’t very nice! Entertainment: nice kids club, evening entertainment was much better than the usual we have seen. Plenty of activities but without any pestering from reps which was a welcome change. Drinks: lovely proper cocktails. Made properly and not with pre made mixtures. A suggested improvement would be to provide a better pool drinks service? This was available but you had to flag down a waiter as and when you saw one. Other resorts have flags or similar to indicate you want a drink. Alternatively the ability to to order to your Su bed. The QR code brings up the menu but no ability to order. Overall I would 100 recommend this to anyone. We loved it and hope to return next year.

Beautiful stay

Dreams Corfu is a perfect place to stay in Corfu. It is close to the center and port or airport. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Linda, one of the preferred club staff has been incredible helpful for all our requests. Kostas, one of the beach bar staff was the most polite and hard working guy who never stopped serving people in all that incredible heat.

A dream stay, perfect for us

We have just returned from a 10 night stay and already wish we were back at the hotel. This is our 2nd visit, we came 3 weeks after opening in 2022 and while a couple of teething opening problems we had a fantastic stay. The hopes for our return visit were high & it didn’t disappoint. The views from the bay are stunning. We had a family suite with sea view, gorgeous spacious room with stunning views for 2A, 2C. The dining options and food were perfect for us. As a group of 10 we emailed the hotel prior to our visit and they were able to accommodate our A La Carte bookings. One of these we needed to move due to change in plans so they moved our booking to La Kantas restaurant in Gouvia which was superb and still under the all inclusive umbrella. The food and service at all of the restaurants was excellent, diverse choices at the buffet and great a la Carte menus. The staff at the infinity pool worked tirelessly. It was nearing 40 degrees for our entire stay and we never went without a drink. The cocktails & drinks are high end & fantastic. We never found it a problem finding sunbeds and still plenty into the morning down by the beach. While our boys didn’t do kids club (ages 8 & 10) the energy of the entertainment staff was great offering quizzes by the pool & we really enjoyed the aqua at the infinity. They were so engaging & friendly, not a half half effort. The music entertainment moves around the bars (not the hotel lobby which is where it was previously - i suspect this has stopped due to noise travelling up to the hotel rooms?) so we dipped into the bars after dinner to find the music which was great and a high standard. The Sugar Reef could do with some more seating on the lawn to allow for more guests. We saw the fire show at the theatre which was fine and the outdoor cinema showing Mumma Mia looked busy. Otherwise we made our own fun playing cards etc. The Saxophone player & singer at the infinity Thursdays was amazing. We had a late flight so booked a courtesy room which all worked seamlessly, no cost & what we needed to return home fresh. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel again, the friendly staff are exceptional and a credit to the service they offer. Don’t forget Spiros boat trip from the jetty, a must in our opinion
