Official Description

This hotel lies just 10 minutes away from the capital Oranjestad, and 5 minutes from Queen Beatrix international airport. It is situated on the famed Palm Beach, and backed by a private wildlife sanctuary. The modern and colourful hotel is rivalled only by its extraordinarily beautiful white beach. Guests can relax amongst palm trees, straw huts and hammocks, enjoying the view of the Caribbean Sea. The hotel itself adds to the Caribbean feeling with its authentic décor and numerous amenities. There are 101 suites and studios over 14 floors. Further facilities include a lobby, a hairdresser, a bar, a nightclub, a restaurant, conference facilities and public Internet (charges apply). Amenities include room and laundry service and a car park. The rooms feature colourful Caribbean décor and have a sea view. They are fitted with a bathroom/shower and a hairdryer, have a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a video recorder and fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a tea/coffee maker. The air conditioning is individually adjustable and all rooms offer a balcony or a terrace. In the outdoor complex there are 2 swimming pools with integrated children's pools, and sun loungers are laid out ready for use. Great Family environment and friendly staff

We loved our vacation in Divi Phoenix, The resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained especially the pools and beach areas. The newly renovated rooms look very nice, beautiful kitchen, nice size rooms for a family of 4. However, the furniture specifically speaking of bed and pull out couch aren't new or comfortable at all. We played "music beds" all week and rotated beds to alleviate the discomfort. The room smell was not pleasant, you would think the housekeeping would notice during their shifts and take care of it. We had an issue with washer/dryer combo and jacuzzi (not the worst part of it) but even if reported was not taken care of. Staff is great and service as good. Overall the place is very nice!

We just returned from Divi Phoenix. The resort is beautiful and the staff is so accommodating. The resort is very clean and the renovations are great. It is walkable and taxi’s are available to go outside the resort. The food is very good, especially Pure Ocean, where you can see the sunset. Highly recommended.

Love the Divi Phoenix, great location, wonderful staff, very clean, and the staff is very attentive to all your needs. One staff member at the towel hut, her name is Sandra Mora was so pleasant and helpful. I just mention to her that we took this vacation to celebrate my friend birthday and the next day she gave us flowers and informed the front desk staff that provided a bottle of wine on her birthday. She really went out of her way to make our vacation stay very special.
