I really would like to share my experience especially for family with children. Starting from the beginning, we received the room at the really end of the resort and top floor building without the lift. Reception obviously was aware we are coming with infant 15 months old as cot was prepared in the room on arrival and they haven’t considered changing our room when we explained it will be very frustrating for 2 week take the pram downstairs and upstairs to get to the pool, restaurants and back to the room. The resort is unsuitable for the family with small children or disabled people. There is no Kids Club even though they are advertising it is an option. It is a built shed located near a mini swimming pool obviously without an air-conditioning so I’m not sure how the kids could play there if 40 degrees outside. The entertainment team is completely unprepared for any kind of activities for the guests and children, what’s more they officially say they don’t like to play with kids and they don’t have tools to do anything with guests. We went for mini disco and apart of music playing nothing was there prepared-no games, no entertaining and we left 5 mins after. Room Cleaning - apart of the very friendly Cleaner, service is definitely not what I expect in five star hotel. The beds are not properly done, floor only mopped without hoovering. The food in the buffet was very average, the à la Carte restaurant can be booked only once during your entire stay, there are only two restaurant in a whole resort. I would expect more variety of deserts. All the restaurants and buffet are outside so without air-conditioning, difficult to enjoy the food as hot. The good things about this hotel is location - not far from the Kos town where we spent lovely time ( 25 mins by local bus ) Taxi is not very popular there and you need to wait quite a long time if you wish to get them. Also beautiful view from the room and the swimming pools. Receptionist team, and pool bar - Irene and Thodoris who tended the swim up bar, both extremely friendly and took pride in their job and always had a smile on their faces.
