We were a tad skeptical about rebooking as the previous year hadn’t been as good as we remembered (food and entertainment lacking). However; this year was one of the best yet! We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was lovely! Felt like we were staying in a different hotel! 😍 We’re both vegan and managed to get some ok meals but ate out 4 nights during the week. There could always be an improvement on what’s offered suitable for vegans as often cheese or meat is added to vegetable or pasta dishes unnecessarily. Labelling was better than previous years too. Now to mention the soup! The potato soup was delicious, my absolute favourite but the lentil was tasteless. 🥲 Entertainment was full on and if you’re the type that tries to join in you’re in for a busy day. 😂 barely time to open your book! Which is so much better than lazing around all day 😉 Back to our room… junior suite, however, there was ZERO place to put a hand towel. 2 hooks in the bathroom which you could use for EITHER robes or bath towels. 😩 ZERO pot for your toothbrushes. No tumblers in your room to have a glass of water. Very strange! Something new this year was reusable plastic cups round the pool. 🙌🙌 a step in the right direction towards sustainability but much much more could be done. 🙏 Plastic straws STILL being used. 😢😢 If you wonder why they’re an issue google it. Hats off to staff Helena and Stathis. They both do this hotel proud. Soy frappe delicious. Thanks Stathis you’re a star. ⭐️ DP - PLEASE tell the cleaning staff to stop changing the towels in the rooms every day unless requested! We hung ours up and they were replaced every day. Such a waste of precious resources (water/energy/laundry cleaning). It seemed a bit varied whether people in the junior suites were charged for air con/safe. We were charged for 1 but not the other and reading these reviews some were charged for both and some people we talked to neither. Wow, this is our 3rd year visiting together.. we had such an amazing time yet again!! Eleni was brilliant for day time activities, water polo darts French bowls the list goes on! Our room we stayed in was a superior room and was so clean directly looking over the pool! Sun beds were never an issue always managed to get one! The food this year we thought was better than previous years! We made lots of new friends and can’t wait to come back in 2025!

I have some Pros & Cons about our Stay at the Diana Princess Hotel We decided to have a trip for my partners 40th birthday and we were arriving on his birthday. Made an arrangement for birthday surprise to be in the room on arrival. This was not done. Spent 3 days to sort out a refund. Spoilt the surprise from day one. Ruined the first 3 days of our holiday. Hotel Reception Staff not helpful on sorting this out. I had also arrange for an upgrade to our room to a Junior Suite with Private Pool. Thing to consider if you're going to stay at this hotel _______________________________________________________________ No one told us about the activities (board located by the main pool bar) The beds were rock hard in the Junior Suite we had. The room was obviously a twin, but the beds were not joined together. The Sheets like cardboard - (Recommend you take your own) Private Pool in Junior Suite could be made more private. Daily charge for air con Charge to use safe in room The drains in toilet of the room were very smelly. The fridge in room was very noisy to sleep with on. We turned it off at night. Just recently arrived back from Diana Palace following a birthday week. I had a great and first time in Greece. Tax was a little 😮 surprise and a disturbing incident on our first day. However the whole week was fantastic. Eliana the entertainment solo 'team' was absolutely amazing 👏🏿 . How she kept us all happy and enjoyed,hats off. She deserves a massive pay rise as she does the work of a whole team. We went for a massage and time in jacuzzi on my birthday arranged by my friends. An awesome view from jacuzzi on the top floor and the sea. Both myself and friend enjoyed our massage. However my other friend received a massage from a different masseur,she ended up on painkillers for the whole night and next day. Food was so good other than the snack in the afternoon. Plenty of choice and wine was good. Beware of the mosquitos as we didn't plan for them and ended up with souvenirs. Lounges readily available. Turtle spotting trip was also good experience . Didn't quite make it to the beach but heard mixed reviews and peeps had tk travel out to enjoy better beaches. Overall a great stay and please pay Eliana a team rate 👍🏿

We checked in on the 28th of August, fast and friendly. Then the problems started. We were given room 102 which looks right into the pub Mind The Gap. We went to reception and asked if we could get a different room and even offered to pay for an upgrade. We were told, in a very nice way I have to say, we would have to speak to the reservations manager after 11am the next day. We went down on the Thursday and were told the hotel was fully booked but there would be rooms available the next day and they would show us after checkout time, again 11am. By this time the stress of not getting unpacked was hitting home and we decided to just keep the room. We went into Mind The Gap just to see what the view was like and we could see more of the pub than they could see of us. It was also a nice highlight of my morning cuppa on the balcony when the staff would come in to open up the pub and greet me with a friendly good morning. due to the lack of shelves we asked for extra hangers which the housekeeping staff quickly supplied. I have to say throughout this the reception staff were fantastic and did everything they could do to help us. Right enough of my moaning. There have been major staff changes at the hotel and I had seen some reports of rude staff, it looks like they must have got rid of them before we arrived because everyone we encountered was superb. Stathis is a legend and when he sees you on arrival you get the welcome of a lifetime. We always tend to use the quiet pool, mainly because you will always get a sunlounger. Unfortunately I've forgotten the name of the guy who worked the bar but he had a brilliant taste in music, I hardly used my headphones down there I am not really a foodie so I've always found something in previous visits but the quality of food this year was exceptional, really good, always hot and well cooked at both lunch and dinner. Really friendly staff working in the restaurant. The girl working the reception bar at night was outstanding, even carrying our drinks up to the room for us. Thank you to all of you Outside the hotel there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our regular restaurants are Erato, Athina and Legends so my partner can have her Sunday lunch, but if you fancy that probably best not eating on the Saturday. This year we also tried Charlie Chaplin's which was fantastic and they gave us a lovely table with a perfect view and Zinc which was also amazing. No holiday to Argassi would be complete without regular trips to see Denny and the gang at Waves. Great food, friendly service and free sunbeds plus regular trips into the office for whatever shot Denny decides to pour you, fantastic place. Life's a Beach watersports is right next to Waves if you have a need for speed When we went to complain about our room on the first day we said that this was our sixth visit and the way things were going there wouldn't be a seventh, but thanks to the staff, especially on reception who tried their very best on every occasion we asked for their help we will definitely be back for round 7 Thank You all for a wonderful holiday and see you all soon xxxx
