Tldr: Felt ripped off and the standard was nowhere near what they charged or promised. Worse food and service than any 4 star resort I've ever stayed at. But there were lots of things going on, and the 6 year old in particular did have a great time. Pros: Lots of activities: pools including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children pools and slides, beach, cinema (only 1 night a week with kids film being shown in english though) and mini amusement park. Combining this with varied food around at different times of the day, the kids were entertained (especially my 6 year old). Day care and room keeping staff were friendly. Day care does lots of activities. The Turkish a la carte restaurant you can eat in one night was good. The evening entertainment for one night was acrobats, which both me and my daughter loved. If you are a smoker and are happy smoking around others, you'll enjoy your freedom here. Cons: Smoky, not good if you want to keep your kids away from cigarette smoke: only outdoor area to eat in the main restaurant is a smoking area and every dinner out there we had someone smoking near us. People also smoke around the edges of the outdoor pool. My 6 year old complained about coming up for air while swimming only to get a mouthful of smoke from someone smoking next to the pool edge. You can't smoke around the children's pool, but that's only 30cm deep so not good for swimming. Most of the staff do not speak English. This may be a reason most of them can seem quite rude, but some of them are just plain rude regardless of this. Reception in particular give off a terrible first impression. A personal thing but this included firstly scoffing and proclaiming loudly that my credit card didn't have the funds on it to pay (which as they dont accept amex was my secondary credit card I wasn't expecting to have to use, so I paid by debit card instead), and not letting me carry up my bag that contained my work laptop and phone in it as I had to give it to a bell boy because "this is a five star hotel, you carrying your bag to your room does not look good". This set the tone for trying to make things look good, rather than actually consider what your guests want and satisfy these (as good 5 star hotels actually do). Do not book the taxi through delphin call centre, they will rip you off and not refund the difference They charged us €95 (£80) for airport transfer, it's €30 inside the hotel one way, from both the companies selling the transfers and a quote the front desk gave me directly. I mentioned this to management, and whilst they agreed it was terrible and should leave me feeling taken advantage of, they only offered a gazebo for a day as compensation (which I didn't need nor accept). The call center claimed it was because I got a vip service as the car waited to pick us up from the airport (plane was ontime, and we came straight through), even the manager admitted a €35 premium for this on a €30 fare was excessive. We never asked for anything special, just an airport transfer. Food and drink quality was very poor: examples include rubber like ice cream, kids chicken nuggets and burgers just being mush, "better" foods such as pasta, salads and noodles being very basic and bland (especially comparing to 4 star resorts I've previously stayed in l, all of which were much better than this) and popcorn being neither sweet nor salty and actually just stale tasting - I'd never seen my daughter not finish popcorn before but she said it tasted terrible. And those colorful desserts you see in the pictures? They look great and varied, but I found inside most of them were just a tasteless cream variant, and those that weren't were an unfamiliar texture with similarly zero taste to give a clue to what it actually was. Drinks were bad too, iced coffee just being syrup mixed with milk, and cocktails not tasting anything like they should (both the mojito and long island iced tea were particularly rancid and I would not have been able to even guess what they were meant to be) so I gave up on them. Our child fell off a chair bleeding badly and covered in blood and needed to go to the doctor. We still haven't seen the CCTV footage (initially said they couldn't share for privacy reasons but have said they will now share if we take legal action or our insurer requests it), but their initial story was a direct lie, saying he was sat on the top of the back of the chair so they wouldn't have to pay medical (which he couldn't possibly get himself up on, hes 3). They have since said he wasn't doing this, he was actually rocking it. 10 members of staff refused to let us see the damaged chair with excuses such as "we removed it quickly to get it fixed so we can't show you" and others just claiming "your son broke our chair" (who at this point was still covered in blood in the doctors room), until my wife lost it with the manager who then finally let us take photos of the damage. Combining this with their airport transfer con, I would not recommend this resort if you feel bad getting deceived. We paid the €150 for our son to see the doctor. More photogenic than quality- I covered the tasteless but beautiful desserts above. Similarly, the large outdoor pool you see in pictures is not heated and is ice cold with at most a handful of people in it at once. I swam in the sea every day, it was significantly warmer than that pool which I only stayed in for 5 minutes once before getting out due to the temperature. I did dip my toe in it every day just to check it was still cold as I really wanted a swim in it. Everyone mainly swims in the smaller, heated pool next to it. The rooms are tatty and old. Our lamp made a ringing noise, the lamp on the wall is hanging off it's fixture, and makes electricity spark noises when you touch it, the beds are small and uncomfortable, the safe only stores a part of the pin number (normally the first 5 but sometimes all 6 just to keep you on your toes), and on one night the TVs kept turning themselves on loudly in both rooms waking us up. They have a full refurb planned but will be happy Charing you the full amount in the interim. It's noisy for kids. Loud music pumping out often until 10pm or later. It didn't affect our kids sleeping (it did me funnily enough) but be aware it's not quiet at night if that is what you are looking for. Some other guests are rude too: ever seen a fully grown man physically push past your 6 year old daughter who was the only person infront of him in a queue to get to the one free tea cup on a carousel? I have now. So did the person working on the ride, who quite predictably did nothing about it and just made my daughter wait for the next ride.
