We are here for the first time, and it’s amazing!! The food is great, the animation programs are fun for kids and also adults. They have great restaurants, bars, the beach it’s behind the hotel and it’s also very nice.🩷🩷 They have aquapark, tennis, disco. Recommend for everybody!! If you are group of friends, or family with kids, it’s amazing. The relaxing pool is from 15 years old, so you can relax without children or loud music. The main pool is with music, aquapark, and things like foam party. The restaurants and coffee’s have snacks, ice cream and waffles in the middle of the day and the Delphin pub have midnight snacks.

Firstly I am very glad for being here. Reception is so welcoming to us. They gave information well. Area is very clean, particularly room is well-kept and clean. Housekeeping team was great and they showed their hospitality to us. Entertainment team is excellent and very fun. There are lots of stones at the beach but for going to sea, there is a road. Skate team is very fast and nice. Shortly all staff is amazing here. We special thank to Emir, Mustafa, Rafet and Alex. We definitely come back to Delphin Deluxe

Worst holiday ever!

This year, we are now for the 12 time here in Delphin Deluxe and is the worst stay ever. They say they are a five star hotel but they treat you in the worst way possible. Some Iifeguards are very rude, the cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired (but this improved), the animator from volleyball is very, very defiant, people eating and drinking in the pool and nobody say anything, but when the hotel staff is abusive with a child with cancer is too much. At luna park, the staff from there send away very aggresisve my 13 years old daughter who has 30 kilograms, because is to old. And they call this Delphin Family. How can you treat a children with cancer like this? And when i tell all this to the manager of the hotel he said to me to search another hotel!!! This is 5 star hotel management treatment. This is how you treat childrens, and you say you are a family resort. I am sorry for some good employes who are trying to make things better. For the rest... shame on you!

Perfect for families

Overall this hotel was amazing and well thought out. It accommodates almost everyone. Kids have waterslides, pools, bowling, mini adventure parks and kids club. Adults have waterslides, the relax pool, spa, and beach. Amenities- All activities were amazing. There was entertainment almost all day. From the pianist in the lobby, by the pool activities, darts and night shows (I'm probably forgetting alot of them). Staff were friendly, always smiling (except for the odd one) and hospitable. Room- We stayed in a family room- 4 adults. The room size was a little small for 4 adults but did the job, was very clean. My siblings stayed in a standard sea view double room. The room was very big and clean. Minifridge was always refilled. Food- A wide variety of food and buffet options. Chocolate pudding was my favourite! They had a large array and had something for everyone. They also had a 2 kids stations- one for babies and one for older kids. The A la Carte restaurants were VERY YUMMY especially the teppanyaki. The only downside is you have to wake up at 8am to go book and slots get filled very quickly. Overall, we had an amazing trip and would definitely revisit :)
