Absolutely wonderful hotel… amazing experience…. Please please everybody must try the The spa facilities and please make sure you book with Muhammed … he was amazing and he sorted everything for me…. He’s the young lad… please go through him…. Message for the management… Please give Muhammed from the Spa a well deserved pay rise and make him manager… he was amazing and a credit to the hotel and the spa…. I will return only for him. Also Fatima from the spa was amazing

A brilliant resort with great staff!

Really enjoyed our stay. I particularly loved the fitness facilities including the yoga classes run by the fantastic Yarmor and Melisa every morning at 10:30. They also ran brilliant aqua aerobics classes in the outdoor heated pool (which was a lovely bath water temperature, felt especially luxurious in the winter season). These two instructors are fantastic and Delphine resorts are very lucky to have them! The gym was also very spacious and well equipped, had everything I needed to get some very solid workouts in. The entertainment was splendid. Special shout-out to Vulkan and Ramazan who brought extra fun to the usual darts and shooting activities offered at quite a lot of resorts. The special twist here is that you get actual prizes if you win! Good prizes too, like beach bags, caps and t-shirts. All with the Delphine logo of course but free is free. Again just want to circle back to how amazing the entertainment team were as well as the performers that came to do the evening shows, all of which were very enjoyable. Finally, a big shout out to the cooks and cleaners of the resort. The food was absolutely incredible (seriously, what you guys seasoning those fries with?) and there was plenty of choice. The place was spotless the whole time we were there. The waiters were fantastic and looked after us splendidly both at the restaurant and at the shows. Just a couple of critiques to an otherwise perfect stay. The bowling was ridiculously priced. Twice what we payed at the shopping mall on our trip to the city and with far worse lanes. The Italian al la carte (only one we tried) was quite disappointing. The cooking was still fantastic but for some reason the ingredients didn't seem as fresh?!? Especially the starters. The portion sizes were also tiny and left us hungry so we ended up back at the main restaurant after completing our dinner in just 20 minutes (there may be such as things as serving food too quickly lol) although we did turn down desert. Not worth the money

This review is based on the price and what you get for your money. Firstly this hotel is more expensive than most in Lara so you would expect to get more for your money, however, this is not the case. Food = same as every other hotel that does buffet service. If you want to book A la carte dining then be prepared to wake up early and wait in the queue for booking. Food around the pool is probably better than the buffet dinner inside. Overall rating for food 6/10. The hotel doesn’t have an iron or ironing board so it’s either pay for them to iron your clothes, buy an iron from a local shop or bring your own. Can’t believe after paying a premium to stay here they want to get as much money as possible from you in every way they can. We previously stayed in another hotel and paid €170 for a professional photography, photo album and 200+ pictures on a memory stick. These guys wanted €300 for 30 pictures non negotiable. The response from hotel manager was “people who don’t have money don’t stay in this hotel”. What a great way to look at your guests! Hugo Boss slippers stolen from the pool, guest relations didn’t want to do anything about it. Jet ski €70 then another €100 if you want the pictures and video. Basically they charge a premium for basic services then they want to suck as much money out of you as possible in other ways. Won’t be returning and don’t recommend at the prices they are charging.

What a wonderful place! The best hotel where we ever been! A gorgeous design, a big attentional to every detaiil, a splendid food-european, turkish and from around the world, the best service we ever seen-friendly and professional staff, a big thank you for Natalya Akpinar, she looked about us very well and helps to organise a many things at the hotel. We will come back for sure!
