Beautiful Hotel!

A beautiful hotel! All of the staff were very friendly. The rooms were incredible with amazing views! We had our own infinity pool on the private balcony. The breakfast buffet was very good and it was very close to Ornos beach. Warning: there were no elevators but very walkable. Highly recommend!

Great hotel with amazing staff

Rooms were spacious and clean. My room had its own private balcony, which overlooked the water. The pool had an amazing view of the water as well. Breakfast was good with lots of variety to choose from. All of the staff were extremely friendly, answering questions, giving good recommendations for food and activities, and just making conversation. The entire experience in this hotel was amazing.

Just Awful

Just awful. I have to compliment the young man who checked us in and later provided advice on getting around. I didn’t get his name but he was great. Other than that, our experience at the Deliades had very few bright spots. We were early for check in and left our luggage in the lobby. They very kindly offered us the breakfast buffet which we found to be pretty much inedible. Plus, the food had been sitting for 4 hours. This repeated every day, bad food that sat on the buffet for hours. When we were taken to our room we climbed and climbed. The young man carrying out suitcases stopped for a rest and we thought were there but he said, “2 more flights”. We later counted and there were 97 steps to our room. The room was nice enough but nothing exceptional. That night one of us had a stomach issue and was stuck in bed and in the bathroom until noon. Because of this, we had the do not disturb sign on. If you haven’t been to Greece, you should know that you don’t flush toilet paper there, so we had a very full and disgusting trash in the bathroom. We turned the sign to read, “please make up room” but no one came. We called midafternoon and asked to get the room serviced and were very rudely told, “housekeeping is over”. After much back and forth (and 2 trips down the 97 steps), we were able to get a trash bag so we could empty the trash ourselves and leave it outside the door and got clean towels. We took the boat tour to Delos the next day and had a nice meal in Ornos so the trip wasn’t a complete waste. The bar is reserved for a tour group everyday, so you can’t watch the sunset from there.

Flawless Stay 😍😍

From the moment myself and partner arrived we were greeted with smiles by the reception team and manager Panos Daniel. The view from the hotel looking over Ornos beach by the pool is incredible! The hotel staff couldn't be more helpful for my partner and me, carrying our bags to our room, giving us great suggestions for things to do. The team are well educated on Mykonos island and no questions went unanswered. The breakfast buffet cooked by Marcello every morning was top tier catering for all. Staff were happy to book our transport and made sure we would get to our destinations with time! To our surprise we were offered an upgrade with a private pool, sun lounge area and stunning white marble interior that we are so very thankful for! Everything was FLAWLESS and we will be back 😍
