I returned after a year to Crystal Palace, this time with a group (22 people) of my travel agency. The hotel is one with a fair quality-price ratio. The rooms are ok, clean with minibar that is replenished daily. The food in the main restaurant is very good, diversified and cooked with taste. At the beach snack bar, the same attention is not paid to the dishes, they are often served cold. The a-la-carte concept at the snack bar is a good idea, but the staff still needs to be worked on. I ate one evening at the Mexican restaurant but unfortunately I was not impressed. The alcoholic beverages served in the bars are of good quality, this being one of the strengths of the hotel. A very good thing is that there are restaurants and bars where you can eat and drink 24 hours. The beach is a very good one with fine sand and smooth entry into the sea. The big problem is the beach towels which are very small (they cover half of the beach bed). With a little goodwill it can be solved. The hotel staff is kind but unfortunately there are few English speakers. Overall a good hotel that I recommend.
