Crystal Flora Beach Resort

We spent a week at this place. It is hard to claim whether it was a good or bad experience. For me, it is a 3.5/5. I am not disappointed completely, but I would never go here again (unless some changes are made). If you are looking for a place to rest from an endless 9-5 routine then this is still a nice choice. However, if you are passionate about experiencing new feelings and emotions, being amazed by Hotel Services and offerings, and making memories while travelling, I do not recommend considering Crystal Flora Beach Resort as a place to stay. Positive findings: + Great territory. Clean, cute, and designed in a very convenient way. Enough swimming facilities for both kids and adults. Notably, a great amount of sun loungers so that you will always find a place for your stuff near the pool/sea. Water activities as well as aquaparks are also on the same level. There is a small zoo (still have no idea why they put a labrador in a cage but there are other animals as well). + Amazing a la carte restaurant with seafood. Definitely worth visiting. Astonishing location, nice service and delicious meals. (They offer beef steaks at this restaurant too) + Views and sights are incredible. 11/10 for the location of the hotel. + Spa Center is incredible. The massages are offered at a reasonable price and the quality is unmatched. + Room cleaning was nice. Now to the bad side - Horrible internet connection. Absolutely unacceptable from the 5-star hotel. In the main restaurant, the internet is only accessible in some areas. In the lobby, the connection is also unstable. The wifi connection always drops and you need to re-login. Sometimes we used to re-login every 3-5 minutes. In our room, there was no internet at all sometimes. - The canteen (or as it is called "main restaurant") is a disappointment. Firstly: a lot of flies in the restaurant. They sit on the vegetables, fruits, desserts, and other products offered there. Even if you have completed making your meal and gone to your table, they can without any hesitation follow you and sit on your plate. Secondly: the variety of food was weak. The same meals were offered at both Lunch and Dinner. After a week we had no willingness to eat there. Live cooking stations did not offer anything interesting. Desserts are just different baklava or cakes with a lot of cream on top. "Teenager menu" was just chicken nuggets and fries all the time. "Pasta with cheese" was 95% pasta and a 5% probability that you would find cheese somewhere. The same goes for other kinds of pasta. Yet the ice cream in the lobby bar was nice. Some other findings that I can not categorise as being either good or bad: > A lot of cats on the territory. We have counted at least 9. > Rooms are not so new. For us, it was not a problem but for someone, this might be an issue. > Ordering a cocktail at a bar was always a gamble. You either get a nice drink or a hydroalcoholic parody of a mojito. > Coffee at the restaurant was unbearable but at the lobby cafe was good. Might sound too negative, but still it is a solid 3.5 out of 5. My review might be biased since I have been to other 5-star hotels in Antalya. In case you are ok with a poor internet connection and your mood does not depend significantly on the food you consume, then this is a great place to spend a week or two.

First of all, the room is small, equipped with old furniture. The food is poorly diversified, for people with little expectations. Secondly, you cannot make a reservation at the a l'carte restaurant and the promised shows are not held. A disaster for Turkey.

Excellent! I was here 10 years ago and normally i visited one hotel once never twice cus i want to travell e see more hotels and experiences but crystal Flira beach is the only one that made me come bback for tge second time . It has amazing wiev it face to face with the beach . It has a lot of green nature its not all cement like some other hotels . The staf was extreamly friendly the cleanliness was good for me was an amazing hooiday . For the forst time i went with my parent and for the second time i came with my own family with my 3 year old who had a lot of fun . Crystal hotel overall are good because i went to crystal paradiso Verde , crystal deluxe , crystal Aura and Crystal admiral and every hotel was 5* really.

The hotel is very good - green trees everywhere, the appartements are around the territory and very cute. The room is small, but very clean, and in decent condition, everything worked as expected and cleaning service did their job very well. The toiletts and other facilities were also clean - hotel stauuff is taking good care of everything - they clean regularly chaiselongs and tables, not talking about other things. The beach is very close and clean as well. I felt there like home. The food is decent, kitchen team tried to cook some various things every day. One thing - I wish there are more vegetarian options (not just vegetables, which were really great by the way). We also had a chance to visit an Italian restaurant- food looked good, but was far from Italian, not tasty unfortunately, but we like Turkish restaurant - I didn't eat meat, but all starters and decent were absolutely delicious. The highlight of our trip and stay in this hotel was a spa center though! This is a place where you feel like you are in paradise. Spa team are skillfully and know their job! Special thanks to their manager Ruslan who ensured the best quality service during this whole time when we had massage course and hammams. Highly recommend, felt so recovered and relaxed like never in my life I think. We couldn't find any cons for this hotel that would spoil our vacation, therefore we decided to come back again next time.

This was my first time to Turkey, and I honestly didn't expect such an amazing experience. Let me start off by saying soon as we were at the resort, Mr Ilham straight away came to us and reassured where our room would be, when it will be done by (no longer than a 30m wait) and guided us where the food was. It can be a little stressful arriving at a resort and seeing everyone know where everything is while you're so lost! However, Mr Ilham did an incredible job to make us feel at home. The rooms were also extremely comfy, the WiFi worked (90% of the time) except rooms like the Gym, or Spa centre. If you love tennis or ping pong, they have this which was a very fun activity to do when feeling a little bored or tired of the sun. The place is extremely clean, the food buffet was hygenic and kept up to perfect standards at all times. The place truly felt at home. It has no flaws and wouldn't change anything about the place. A great trip, a great week with the family and a great experience overall. Me and my mum hate bathrooms that isn't our house. Having such bad experiences in other countries, I can safely say Crystal Flora's hygiene of the bathroom was immaculate. Oh, and one thing to mention, there are a lot of cats hiding everywhere!
