Spent a week here in early December and had an enjoyable week. Asked for a quiet room and got one next to lift. They offered a move but had to wait til next day even though the hotel not full. Anyway, decided to stay put and it was remarkably quiet. One big help is the room doors which don't slam behind you. Room was modern enough and decent size plus had a mountain view which was very pleasant. The hotel food was nice though the labelling was a bit hit and miss. I have never seen so many lovely cakes/desserts on offer so if you've a sweet tooth this is heaven! It was always easy to get a seat at mealtimes though the food and plates weren't always over warm. Good bar service too, rarely queued for a drink. Nice bar area to sit in. Brits appeared to be in the minority but didn't bother us, had some nice chats with other nationalities. Due to it being December the hotel's beach area was closed down - also the outdoor pools appeared to be out of service. Plenty of local shops if you like a browse and buses to Antalya were nearby too. The bits I wasn't so keen on were the food being lukewarm on occasion; no warm plates; the gym area / changing area was very outdated and not very clean. There were no anti bacteria sprays to wipe down the gym equipment. There was a man at the spa who did an over the top hard sell and practically wouldn't take no for an answer and insisted showing us round. I felt extremely uncomfortable and the atmosphere turned sour when we said we didn't actually want a massage. The indoor pool was a bonus but could've been cleaner round the beds. Went for early swim and used glasses, bottles under couple of beds. The steam room and sauna were good, however. The above niggles are why it's a 4/5 for me.
