I was going to give 4 stars for this hotel, But breakfast ruined my review. But staff saying that the restaurant is not run by them, is not much of an excuse , I’m sure the two management teams can discuss issues. The standard of the breakfast was poor, the quality, I had similar elsewhere and the standard, Eggs Benedict was far better. And another hotel in south beach , gave a whole buffet breakfast for $25, which was Hilton Quality. But what really did it for me with breakfast, I was on holiday relaxing and the waitress kept coming over to me every 10 minutes asking for money, payment for the horrible breakfast. I was on vacation, I was not running off anywhere Absolutely appalling behaviour, you need to train staff. The actual hotel was nice , hotel staff were helpful, rooms were nice. My advice to management is ditch the restaurant and make your own buffet breakfast. My love for south beach hotels is strained because of the resort fees, and in return you get bad service , that’s why I sometimes stay in down town or brickell without the resort fees. Overall not a bad hotel , room for improvement, get rid of the restaurant it’s ruining your reputation

I got locked IN the room and nobody at the front desk was answering

The rooms were great. Small but functional. You won't get tea nor coffee and not even a microwave in the room. The service at the tavern bar area is the only reason I gave them 2 stars for service. The guys there are great and the food is good. I had a burger to go and there were no condiments in the bag, not even a napkin. At checkout time, my room door wouldn't open. I was literally locked in. I called the front desk 3 times before someone answered. Maintenance came quickly and it seems the handle on the outside was locked in a downward position. Nobody even said sorry and I brought it up with the front desk when I was leaving. You CANNOT lock someone in their hotel room and not enquire about their well-being afterward. I'll NEVER stay here again and I'm exploring my legal options.

We stayed here for 4 nights before joining our cruise It was a lovely hotel very clean and decent sized room with comfy bed and nice pillows which I find important The rooftop seating was just glorious and we enjoyed a morning coffee up there There are so many lovely seating areas on different levels and it was never a problem to find a seat to read your book Great location and great transport to many areas We would book this hotel if in Miami and would recommend 🇺🇸☀️😊 Thank you so much for the decorations 🥰

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was definitely the Tavern located right downstairs — super convenient, and everything I tried was delicious. The service stood out as well; every staff member I encountered, both at the hotel and in the restaurant, was friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Mauro — he was incredibly helpful with suggestions that truly made my trip more enjoyable, especially since I hadn’t planned much besides the concert I was attending. Another thing I really appreciated was how calm and quiet the atmosphere was. Being a bit removed from the busier tourist areas meant that most guests seemed to be looking for a more relaxing experience, just like I was. It made for a really peaceful vibe throughout the stay. I will be back for the pool (didn’t have time to enjoy it) and happy hour 😉

I can’t say enough about how great this hotel is. From the impeccably clean rooms and common areas to the pool and restaurant we couldn’t be more pleased. The restaurant is probably the most reasonable priced in the area…considering how expensive Miami Beach is. The staff is attentive and always provided great recommendations. They also held our luggage for us before our flight which was really helpful. We spent a lot of time at the pool when the weather cooperated. The loungers were comfortable and always available. The rooftop is really beautiful, but can be windy. Our room on the 5th floor had minimal noise the ac worked great and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend for a quiet trip to the area.
