I was going to give 4 stars for this hotel, But breakfast ruined my review. But staff saying that the restaurant is not run by them, is not much of an excuse , I’m sure the two management teams can discuss issues. The standard of the breakfast was poor, the quality, I had similar elsewhere and the standard, Eggs Benedict was far better. And another hotel in south beach , gave a whole buffet breakfast for $25, which was Hilton Quality. But what really did it for me with breakfast, I was on holiday relaxing and the waitress kept coming over to me every 10 minutes asking for money, payment for the horrible breakfast. I was on vacation, I was not running off anywhere Absolutely appalling behaviour, you need to train staff. The actual hotel was nice , hotel staff were helpful, rooms were nice. My advice to management is ditch the restaurant and make your own buffet breakfast. My love for south beach hotels is strained because of the resort fees, and in return you get bad service , that’s why I sometimes stay in down town or brickell without the resort fees. Overall not a bad hotel , room for improvement, get rid of the restaurant it’s ruining your reputation
