A mixed bag keep your identity on your phone

Having a 9 night stay for dental purposes I would make the following comments about staying in the winter season Starting with the most positive Hema in the Zeus spa is a fantastic masseuse and I have had many over the years definitely 5 star & also try a Turkish Bath if you have not had the experience. She speaks great English which is a major benefit in addition to her massage skills. The indoor pool was great as I was able to swim a lot as no one else was in it for the majority of the time you would not be able to do this in the summer. The room I had was spacious and clean with a lovely sea views and a small balcony the room service was excellent. The room had a safe, kettle tv etc … and plenty of room for clothes all perfectly acceptable. On the less positive I found the restaurant on the 10th floor to provide average meals and very expensive drinks. There was a main meals consist of meat / fish half a potato & some veg on a large plate that looks and is half empty. Quality was fine but better experiences elsewhere. Very convenient though. There was an issue with my card payment the only time I used it which went through 3 times as I kept being told by the waiter it had not gone through. This then took a while to resolve the following day. This should have been immediately dealt with not having to wait for accounts and bureaucracy. It’s not what you want when you check your bank. The location is convenient and the prom walks would be great if you were not stopped by the police every time for no reason to “check you identity” they are set up on the prom and if you do not want the hassle you have to cross the road to walk past them. Personally I have never experienced this in any other country. Have a picture of your passport on your phone. This has been going on for months and certainly is very upsetting- I met someone on their return trip and another who stopped going out because of it. So I right mix of an experience some good some bad some in control of the hotel some not. Not sure if I will use the same one in June when I return time will tell but definitely coming back to have a massage.

Do not book here in winter !!!!

This hotel hired teenage to cook ! They call me and asked me how long you cool eggs ! Told them 2 minutes and get 2 minutes egg8, nobody didt catch up with my humour ! Anyway pizza raw ,didn't paid for food ! I order pina colada and some not very tartan follow me 3 da days with some green drink and told me its my pina colada and I need to pay ! 3 days !!! Even bot employee of the hotel only college of some bar guy was so rude to me I cry ! Because I order 3 drinks 🍸 for my jacuzzi photos he coudnt stand amd harrating me all tge time I told them I call the police if he don't leave alone ! He I swear almost split on me because I am single wan and I oder alcohol ! He didnt work there and he wasn't a guest !!!! They deliver food to another room and I swear 3 hours after somebody knock to them and tell tg they have food outside tgey room , it was breakfast !!!! Pure not professional level of anything !!!! I was staying there in winter few years ago ,still remember horrible experience !

Short stay in antalya

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. Check in was amazing. The beautiful Reem was very friendly and polite. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was large with a separate sitting area. Reem went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She had delicious fruit and juice delivered to the suite. The only drawback to the room is that there were no toiletries at all in the bathroom. Not even tissues. I think apart from that the hotel was clean and staff were great.

That was one of the best hotel experiences of my travels. The room was very clean, with a very good bathroom and a picturesque view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke decent English and even some Russian picked me up from the airport and organized my transfer to the airport in time. The food was great, the room service and laundry was flawless. And all that for a very reasonable price. A huge plus is there readyness to meet your needs and to handle people with respect and care.

Its one of the bad hotel it give two star at @mustafa n sekar no help for the kid..what ever we ask for they say its finish!! Service at breakfast aaree worst..manager didnt fulfil the promise he made a day before..its not a worthy ………….,;:……….
