Excellent service in a crowd filled resort

The resort has some of the nicest and friendliest staff I have ever encountered! The resort was 95+% full but there was still excellent service. Food was good, not enough veggies on buffet for my preferences. Room was spotless, and quiet. Chair saving for the 40 to 60 superior guests in prime pool locations came off as inconsiderate when 24% of those loungers were never used. Institution of dinner reservations really improved the pace of service at all 4 restaurants. The resort becomes kids but 20+ kids praying with balls and toys disrupted the enjoyment of the 50+ adults enjoying standing and talking.

This is my 8th visit to one of the Palace resorts with my family. Not a moment of disappointment with anything. The highlight of my trip was my spa esthetician, Juanita Alban. On every trip, I have one or two spa treatments a day so I have seen many, many estheticians. On my first spa treatment at Cozumel Palace, I noticed that Juanita was especially talented so I immediately requested her for all my treatments. She took such great care of me noticing every little detail. My hope is that this review spreads the word of her skills and kindness and leads to folks asking for her by name. Thank you Juanita! Our Pool concierge Emmanuel was also highly exceptional. 10 out of 10!

Great Service!!!! Silvia at the Mexican Restaurant, Victoria at the Italian Restaurant, Alan and Gabriel at the pools, Juan at Swim up bar and at the Main lobby bar. Naomi, Perla & Javier at the outdoor Flamingos restaurant. The Thai Restaurant service was also Excellent!! Charlie with pool entertainment and Activities was very good!! Several new upgrades. Snorkeling right in front of resort was very good!!! One thing to watch for is, if you get 2 double beds in a room, we had to move the bed over from the closet door where the safe is because there wasn't much space to walk through. We did wish they had more music and dancing for the adults after 9:00 PM

We love the warm & friendly welcoming by Jonathan, Elizabeth, Jesus in momo & Antonio, Karina, Martha, William In Bugambilias & Bryan in Flamingo, Alex in lunch buffet. Also Argelia, Juanita and Marie in Spa. All the food was amazing, hats off to the chef. Emmanuel at poolside is awesome. Also Charlie, Fernando, Oswaldo Moises & William from entertainment. Caesar from front desk , Jennifer from Cafe! Because of their excellent service we are exited to come back every 6 month & have been recommending Cozumel Palace to our friends & family!!! Entertainment was great, especially karaoke!

Very nice resort. Great staff! Fredy concierge was super helpful and attentive. Pablo with the dive service was a great dive master! Alan with poolside beverage is quick and friendly! We have been to this resort twice now and will definitely be returning soon! We highly endorse this resort and island!!
