COMO Maalifushi, Maldives

We booked COMO Maalifushi after a recommendation from a neighbour and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment we made the booking, the communication and level of service was second to none, from arranging our sea planes (with private lounge on arrival in Male), to the care and warmth from every member of staff during our stay. Special mention to our butler Naail, who is available 24/7 to ensure no question or request goes unanswered, Rini, Zuaail and the wider catering team and the kids club assistants. The team really do go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful time, and they are all brilliant with children. The resort itself is exactly how it is described, a remote island paradise with pristine beaches and clear waters, far away from the noise and light pollution of resorts closer to Male. We stayed in a beach villa, spacious with a private pool and direct beach access. We enjoyed snorkelling on the house reef and the sunset dolphin cruise. Food is as you would expect from a five star Maldives resort, and we particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast and the special themed nights put on in the main restaurant. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in years to come.

We had a great vacation at Como Maalifushi. The island is beautiful with a lot of vegetation and very well taken care of. Our room was AMAZING! We had a water villa with a magical view. The staff was amazing! Every single one of them, starting from our buttler Jalil, the manager and staff of the restaurants, the gardeners, the housekeeping and ending with our super amazing chef Dika, they all made our vacation special. We really felt we were pampered the whole time. Chef Dika surprised us with a special meal one evening. It was one of the best lobster spaghettis we've ever had. Thank you, Como Maalifushi!

Como Maalifushi is exceptional! If you are going to The Maldives you have to go here. Firstly our butler Opal was brilliant! She organised everything, picked us up when we need a lift around the island and made our stay so enjoyable. The staff and managers are brilliant, very professional yet personable. They quickly learnt our names, our morning coffee orders and our dinner preferences! The amenities are amazing, the gym is world class and they offer exercise classes. The attention to detail is brilliant. We have stayed at many high end resorts but this is arguably the best we have experienced. We went as part of our honeymoon and it was the best part!
