Club Hotel Turan Prince World Select Villa

The hotel has Salmonella creeping around. I would strongly avoid this year to visit. The ignorance of the staff to acknowledge I think will make that place end up with a hefty fine frame the Turkish government. ATOL I believe is already alerted. Hope they had sorted the issues. I would avoid booking it. At least until next year as I know how they are trying to avoid admitting a problem.

Stayed at this hotel 12-19th April and had an enjoyable stay. Stayed in one of the buildings near the water park, so didnt get any noise from the night entertainment. Rooms were clean and stocked with litre bottles of fizzy drinks and water. Rooms were a good size for two people. Soundproof needed improving as could hear families on our floor clearly when in the hallway. The hotel also didn't put air conditioning on in rooms until June, so it was very hot and couldn't leave the balcony door open with being on the ground floor. Was easy to get sunbeds every day, and communal areas and toilets were always clean. Different activities put on in the afternoon by the friendly and enthusiastic entertainment team and good shows and entertainment on the night time. Bar staff were friendly and generally quick service. Food was hit and miss for dinner time, and had noticed some of the chicken kebab sticks were still pink. Breakfast had good choices, and fresh omlettes and pancakes were popular. Preferred eating in the pool snack areas for lunch where the food was fresher. We didn't use this but food was advertised till 5am in the main restaurant. Pools were cold but expected for time of year but were still well used. Used indoor pool once, which was small but warm. This was busy with small children, probably with the other pools being colder, so I didn't stay in for long. I also felt it wasn't clear, especially when booking, what is included as part of all-inclusive and what was charged. Some of the pictures were also of the Select Villas which is part of but separate to the hotel. The Mexican, Chinese, and fish restaurants are all additional costs, albeit only €10 per adult, and have to be prebooked. Also, the shop on the complex was expensive, and sure the prices were increased when paying in Lira. The WiFi signal was very good and had access throughout our whole stay and in all areas of the complex, including the beach.

Great Family Holiday – Would Recommend! We stayed at Hotel Turan Prince in Antalya from 9th–16th April 2025 and had a really enjoyable family holiday. The hotel was very clean, the food was consistently good—hot, fresh, and always available. There was something to eat pretty much all day, and drinks were available 24/7, which was a nice touch. The pools were cold due to the time of year, but they were still being used by plenty of guests. We also really liked the football pitch, and the whole property was well-kept. Our room was in one of the two-story complexes, which was great for space. However, a couple of small things to note: soundproofing could be better—we could hear neighbors using the stairs—and with a toddler, it would’ve been helpful to have stair gates. Also, the upstairs area didn’t have blackout curtains, so we were waking up around 5:30am, and the room was quite hot with no air conditioning available in April. Despite those few things, we had a lovely time. The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful, and overall the hotel delivered a great experience. We’d definitely recommend it, especially for families.

AVOID AT ALL COST ..BEWARE i have been in hospital for 7 days with e coli and in hospital in England now the hotel are try to cover it up but social media has stopped this . I wasn't in the pool to cold first night I eat when I arrived was ill within 4 hours worst holiday ever and I have been some places I'm not moaning or seeking attention just warning you all over 60 cases in 5 days 23 of us went 17 ill 2 in hospital 1 is a child the hotel was quiet nice but food very dangerous ook last years reviews and face page stopped all post a big cover up hotel offered me a romantic dinner with the food that's free and put me in hospital the hotel is giving out free jabs and antibiotics to help you I have never seen this before BEWARE at all costs
