Roach Motel would treat you better

Worst Hotel and Management I have ever seen. Arrived late with my family after a long flight and asked for something to eat. We were told to wait until midnight for the buffet, as we missed dinner. 3 hours later we were treated to cold soup and hard bread that my dog would not eat. We had to make due with olives which was the only thing to eat that was edible. Asked management and they said they would do something about it, and they never did. Food was always cold and not properly handled. Complained every day of my stay and everyday they said they would do something. Nothing happened. My whole family got sick, went to the in house doctor who was heavily trying to convince us to pay 50 euros for medicine. I walked to the local doctor who recommended the local pharmacy and paid 2 Euros for medicine and we got better. The pool has so much chlorine I almost turned blonde. The alcohol taste like gasoline and the place is just horribly mismanaged. They left copies of our documents visible on desks, and got mad when we complained. No one speaks English and in order to get a bottle of water I had to resort to chasing down the cleaning carts and rob them blind as asking them at the front desk repeatedly did nothing. This place needs to be closed down. You are not a guest here, they will treat you terribly. I have stayed at roach motels and felt treated better.
