This hotel is one of the finest in Thailand. I am now on my third week as I love the place. The hotel’s staff are so helpful and from the moment I arrived have felt so spoilt and it seems they can’t do enough to help. The front desk on arrival remembered me from my last stay with some family and asked about them. White then helped me organise several things and one of her staff managed to organise some clothes that are made in the North of Thailand which are handmade and has made my daughter very happy. I did read the comment below about the staff and have no idea what went wrong as mentioned from arrival, sitting by the pool or sea to eating at their beach bar Salt Society with music and buffet, the Steak restaurant and more the staff have done everything to make my holiday be comfortable and enjoyable. The food is outstanding and as mentioned you must onto he Sunday brunch with live music and a DJ, but don’t forget to see all the food areas as the seafood I missed until I was eating cheese! Highly recommend the hotel.

Unwelcoming staff. Online advertising isn’t as it seems. We emailed prior to arriving to confirm certain aspects of the resort, we wanted to ensure our family stay would suit everybody. Upon being assured of Centara’s ‘flexibility’, we were met with hostility. Not worth the money you will spend.

We had a fantastic second time stay at Centara Reserve Koh Samui. From the service from all of the staff and the quality of the rooms, facilities and food from The Terrace breakfast were all excellent. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

It was the happiest travel destination and hotel of the recent trip. I think the service of the staff as well as the condition of the room was the best. I get treated more than the value of the money I paid.
