We came with my wife to enjoy a post-Summer 5 days vacation before returning to our winter obligations.It was an excellent idea to stay at the celestial all suites hotel.Rooms,service, facilities,food and serenity at their best!Thank you all for this great experience.

Make sure you book thru Jet2 or Tui

Do not book direct as their prices are way more expensive than Jet2 Holidays or Tui The hotel is not situated close to the beach and the food is just about average However it is very clean and friendly staff then again there are many other hotels like this

The hotel is magnificent and we had the best time of all our vacations in Kefalonia. The food at the restaurant was very good with lots of options and the breakfast was superb with a la carte options and long buffet. The room was great, the gym fully equipped and the spa lady gave us a remarkable massage after our relaxing time at the jacuzzi.

We almost booked to stay. As we ended up staying just round the corner we decided to take a look, in case we wanted to stay the next time we visited the island. We encountered such a rude member of staff (a manager?) that we definitely will not stay here the next time we visit. We cycled into the grounds. There were no signs saying we could not enter where we went. We were told to leave in a very rude manner. He could have been polite. I was pretty shocked at the rudeness. What a joke that there is a sign up declaring it to be a bike friendly hotel. Also, they have so many bright lights all over the hotel that it causes terrible light pollution.

A very relaxing space

We stayed earlier this year when the hotel had not long opened for the season and, whilst some were still learning their roles, the overall presentation of the hotel and quality was second to none. You are not going to get fully traditional Greek food, but they don't advertise that and you still have the option of going elsewhere occasionally if you prefer. We ate out twice and the food wasn't actually as good and cost a lot! We enjoyed sitting at the restaurant next to the bar and pool and enjoyed the relaxed dining experience. The salads alone are worth eating there. The breakfasts are also fantastic. Lots of choice The room and balcony with plunge pool will be hard to beat anywhere and the main pool and sun loungers top class. We just loved the relaxing atmosphere, the location, the views and would love to return. If you want bustling nightlife and entertainment this one might not be for you, but if you want relaxation and class, then it most definitely is.
