I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel its self is nice inside it does give you that expensive feeling when you are staying but in the details its not so good. Rooms are okay nothing special, you don't really get anything that you would not already expect in a hotel room. The main lobby, bar and other public spaces are open, sort of clean and luxurious apart from the rough carpets and the sick stains in the hallways. Food is very boring but is a buffet, a small one at that. that changes to a different selection daily. kitchen and wait staff were very nice and helpful. The bar staff is a whole different matter, awful people rude and just give the impression that they did not want to be there. Bar service was slow and miserable for everyone involved. Also waited 30+ minutes in line to get a drink only to be told they wont make it as it was 3 minutes past their closing time, which I understand if there was a load of people behind me but there wasn't. Out door bar staff were completely different people and were a good laugh. Location of the hotel is not great. Far away from the airport and many other attractions are a couple of hours away. There are some shops about that sell cloths but not much else. Night lift was terrible like not a single person out in the town in the bars or night clubs, proper ghost town vibes, which is annoying as there was no live music at the hotel. Very close to the beach which was nice and had a shuttle that ran most of the day. Swimming pools were nice, big and plenty of room so the pools weren't crowded but you would need to be lucky to get a sun lounger. People waking up at 5/6am to claim sun loungers and staff doing nothing about it even though some of them were unoccupied for hours. I just couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone for the reasons above. Also when we left my partner left her phone charger which the housekeeper stole even after getting a good tip.
