Arima Borough Day is yet another glance into the traditional Caribbean carnival. Marking the anniversary of the borough, spend the day immersing into the vibrant music, the energetic masquerade parades and J’ouvert bands. Held in the last week of August, the event is buzzing with acrobatic street performers, street parties and of course, mandatory feasting.

Famous for their water sports, the islands enjoy the Great Race of speedboats, starting from Trinidad and ending in Tobago. On arrival at the finish line at Store Bay, the festivities await as the participants gather to celebrate their wins in a true Tobagonian style.

The Great Fete is a perfect insight into the Tobagonian culture, with beach parties and concerts taking over the beautiful Pigeon Point, as well as the rest of the island.
