November is the ideal time to take full advantage of the luxury resorts and all their fantastic offerings before the prices ramp up towards the school holidays and Christmas. Bear in mind that there are still some places closed during November, so it may not be the best time for sightseeing. It is a great time to spend your days at the beach or try your hand at surfing. Head to Freights Bay on the south coast or Dover Beach on the east coast, which are ideal for beginner surfers. For the more advanced surfer, Sandy Lane and Tropicana on the west coast have some fantastic options for wave breaks.
