Too many people for the facilities

I was very excited about this holiday as had read so many good reviews but so far I have been very disappointed. There are far too many people for the facilities they have. Always queuing to get into the restaurant. Cannot get a sun lounger by the pool unless you put a towel down really early which I think is shocking as signs everywhere saying not to do this but nobody enforces it! The bar has premium spirits on shelf’s but none are used in the drinks. This is probably on par with most all inclusive but disappointing all the least. Perhaps out of season this would not be the case and we did come earlier in September than would normally but had to as meeting family. We still have time yet, hopefully someone may read and try to rectify.

Family Summer holiday

We have just returned from our 10 day summer holiday to Capo Di Corfu with our 2 children, ages 5 and 8. Upon arrival to the hotel we weren’t happy with our first room due to location / view of the carpark however this was swiftly resolved by Dawn, deputy manager. It has to be mentioned that we found the rooms dated, giving off more of a 3* feel but once we got past the dated rooms and in particular the size of the bathrooms which were very small with a shower curtain separating the shower from the toilet, we made the most of what the hotel had to offer and really enjoyed our stay! The animation team in particular  made our trip! A big shout out to Rui, Cue, Julian, Karoline and Noelle (pictured) who are simply fantastic humans! They were incredibly patient and caring with our children and put on fantastic entertainment (both during the day and in the evening). The family Olympic day and the Acrobats variety show were our favourite! The food was good, pretty standard for an all inclusive buffet but we ate well. The staff in the restaurants are very hardworking and were approachable and helpful. We preferred breakfast at Luna restaurant - seemed less busy and in a nicer setting. Big shout out to the head chef who was on hand each evening in the Arete main restaurant to guide us on Veggie options (as these are not labelled). The pools were great and having the beach so nearby was fantastic. The sea is warm, calm and shallow for miles - making it safe for the children. It’s a shame the showers weren’t always working which meant people went between beach and pool very sandy. The water sports were on site and reasonably priced. We hired pedalos, canoes and paddle boards throughout the week. We also took a boat trip to Antipaxos and paxos which we loved and would highly recommend! We took a trip to the spa and enjoyed a massage / facial by Mariah.

Fantasic hotel , Super staf Evrybody was smile and kindly We were in Greece 7`th times and Capo di Corfu is the best Wather in sea was warm Food fatastic All my family is very content of our holiday. We would like to retured to Copi de Coprfu but we hear that in nex year will be renovation. Do you confirm this information?

A good last minute holiday

We have spent a fun week at Capo di Corfu with our sons 14, 12, 10. Rooms were good although a little tired and worn out. Bed was comfy and air con worked well. Fridge didn’t get cold in either if Our rooms. Fresh bottled water was provided every day and room was serviced daily. Hot water ran out in the evenings on some days. Good free WiFi (vital for tween and teen sons)! Pools and pool bars were great. Friendly staff and excellent service. Tricky to get a sunbed though unless you were there before 8.30 despite the hotels policy of no sunbed reserving! Towels at dawn!! Food was mixed. Breakfast good (although tricky to get that wrong) but dinner was repetitive and rather bland. We gave up after 4 nights and ate away from the hotel for the remaining evenings of our holiday. Lunches in the main restaurant were the same mix of bland repeats but the snack lunches at the pool bar were good. All the staff were outstanding - any problems we had to rectified swiftly (ants and a leaky sink). They were knowledgeable about the area and were happy to arrange hire car and taxis for us. Overall a good week!

Vacation from dream

Wonferful experience for familily vacation. Everything was fine, staff was so profesional. Our little daugher Sofija was enchanted by her stay at the resort and is already asking to come again next year. Capo is a resort that has soul and to which we will surely return. 10/10.
