Fantastic hotel

Cape Sienna is a gorgeous hotel built into the hillside just outside Kamala. We were there 4 nights and I wish we had more time there. The staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. It’s a very modern hotel all glass and marble and the view from the lobby is breathtaking. We arrived early after a night flight and our room wasn’t ready until 1pm . We were expecting that and packed swim stuff on the top of our bags . So we chilled by the pool until our room was ready . Our room was stunning , huge, light and airy with a super king bed, loads of storage space . A good side bathroom with a rainforest shower and a good sized balcony . All the rooms have a sea view . The pool area overlooks the sea and is spotless . Lots of sunbeds but they get nabbed pretty early . There is another smaller infinity pool across the road and we used that on our pool day . Breakfast is normal buffet and has lots of choice . We didn’t eat at the other two restaurants as we like to get out and explore . We did use the rooftop bar a few times, it has an amazing view . The drinks prices were more than in town but that’s to be expected. Kamala village and beach is a 10-15 minute walk. We walked down and got a tuktuk back . The beach is ok and sunbeds were about £5 for two plus umbrella. The beds are squashed together a bit but I always go for an end of row bed . And there’s loads of bars and restaurants along the beach . I would definitely return to Cape Sienna. I would

A great hotel very clean with a complete breakfast offered However the restaurants had to be pre booked for evening meals And the free buggy to the beach also was a pre booking, and with the hotel being up a hill this meant a walk to the beach and the main strip, to get back to the hotel we always had to get a tuck tuck which cost 200 THB, Kamala area is a great place to be at and it aloud us to travel around Phuket by local bus or taxi or tuck tuck all very affordable I would definitely recommend Kamala beach for anyone travelling to Phuket

Really enjoyed my stay at Cape Sienna. The staff was very friendly and kind during the entire time. We had welcome drinks as well. Yute greeted us upon arrival and was very nice to go over everything we would need during our stay. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Breakfast also was great each day. The juices were made fresh and very tasty. There are restaurants near the hotel and walking distance. The hotel also has a restaurant we didn’t get try. Overall loved staying here and would come back if I could.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to, my wife and I, had the an amazing time, the honeymoon suite had the most beautiful views, the staff looked after us so well, especially the guys working by the pool restaurant, fingers crossed, we will 100% be back next year. Thank you for a really memorable experience!

Nice hotel but Worst reception staff ever

Property is nice but particularly most of the reception staff is terrible. Uninterested and incompetent. One day before I would check out and I had stayed in a hotel villa for 10 days and hotel room fo 4 days already, to my surprise I was stopped by an overly ambitiuous receptionist called Nook. The reason was that he had seen me waiting for a taxi with 2 luggages. He thought I was fleeing and instructed the taxi not to leave. I had to come to the reception and pay the extras eventhough I had given my credit card during check-in an I still had a night to stay. I told the reception that I still had one night to stay and that they had my card on record. No reasoning was accepted and I had to pay all outstanding extras which was 1 dinner and a few mini-bar drinks one night before my check-out just because they had seen me with luggages. I have been and am travelling across the globe for more then 30 years, I am at globalist status at Hyatt and hold Gold status at several airlines and hotel chains and you could say that I have seen and experienced quite a lot however this is something I never have experienced before. Not even in a 1 star no name city hotel. Very wrong mentality, poor management and rude behavior. Hotel is nice, location is good, food is ok and rooms are clean but as said this kind of outrageous behavior spoils it all.
